بررسي وضعيت مديريت دانش و ارتباط آن با فرهنگ سازماني در ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان‌هاي ايلام و كرمانشاه

Description of Knowledge Management (KM) in General Administrations of Physical education of Ilam and Kermanshah Provinces and its Relation with Organizational Culture

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي وضعيت مديريت دانش و ارتباط آن با فرهنگ سازماني در ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان‌هاي ايلام و كرمانشاه است. اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات همبستگي و از نظر هدف كاربردي است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران، روساي هييت‌ها و كارشناسان ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان‌هاي ايلام و كرمانشاه بود كه تعداد آن‌ها به ترتيب 67 (5 مدير، 23 كارشناس، 39 رييس هييت) و 83 نفر (9 مدير، 29 كارشناس، 45 رييس هييت) است. نمونه آماري تحقيق با جامعه آن برابر است. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازماني و مديريت دانش استفاده شد كه پايايي آن‌ها بر اساس آلفاي كرونباخ به-ترتيب 74/0 و 93/0 به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي شامل آزمون همبستگي استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد بين فرهنگ سازماني و مديريت دانش ارتباط مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد (05/0=?). همچنين، بين فرهنگ سازماني و تمامي خرده مقياس‌هاي مديريت دانش(دانش آفريني، انتشار دانش، جذب دانش، ذخيره دانش، سازماندهي دانش و كاربرد دانش) ارتباط مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد (05/0=?). نتايج توصيفي تحقيق نيز نشان داد سطح فرهنگ سازماني و نيز وضعيت مديريت دانش در دو استان ايلام و كرمانشاه در حد متوسطي قرار دارد.

The purpose of this study was description of knowledge management (KM) in general administrations of physical education of Ilam and Kermanshah provinces and its relation with organizational culture. Research method was correlational. The statistical population of this study was consisted of the total of P.E. administrations’ managers and experts, and heads of sports boards in provinces of Ilam (N=67) (manager: 5, expert: 23, heads of sports boards: 39) and Kermanshah (N=83) (manager: 9, expert: 29, heads of sports boards: 45). The sample was equal with the population. The data was gathered by OC and KM questionnaires. The reliability of these questionnaires was approved by cronbach’s alpha, which were 0/74 and 0/94 respectively. Statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS.15 statistical package. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pierson’s correlation coefficient) were used to analyses the data. Results indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between OC and KM (p < 0/05). Also, results indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between OC and all factors of KM (i.e. creating, attracting, saving, organizing, distributing and applying of knowledge) (p < 0/05). Furthermore, descriptive results determined that Organizational culture level and knowledge management status were medium in both Ilam and Kermanshah provinces.
