تعيين تاثير طب سوزني ليزري بر درمان افراد مبتلا به لكنت و مقايسه آن با گفتار‌درماني

Intervention of laser acupuncture compare with speech therapy in treatment of the Persons who have stuttering

چكيده مقدمه: بررسي استراتژي و روش‌هاي درماني جايگزين در درمان لكنت با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي اين اختلال و طولاني بودن زمان درماني و احتمال بازگشت آن، از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. طب سوزني به عنوان يك روش درماني در درمان لكنت، معرفي شده است. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، تعيين نتايج مداخله طب سوزني ليزري و مقايسه آن با گفتار‌درماني بر درمان افراد مبتلا به لكنت بود. مواد و روش‌ها: اين مطالعه تحليلي و به شيوه مورد- شاهدي بر روي 20 فرد داراي لكنت و 20 فرد فاقد لكنت انجام شدگرفت. در اين پژوهش همراه با گفتاردرماني، طب سوزني ليزري بر روي 10 نفر از افراد مبتلا به لكنت كه از كودكي دچار لكنت بودند، استفاده شد. سپس نتايج با يافته‌هاي حاصل از درمان 10 نفر افراد مبتلا به لكنت كه فقط تحت گفتاردرماني و ليزر‌درماني دارونما قرار داشتند، مقايسه شد. تمام نمونه‌ها 12 هفته پس از پايان مداخله پي‌گيري شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي تحليل واريانس يك طرفه مكرر و آزمون t مستقل و نرم‌افزار 18SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: همراه بودن گفتاردرماني با طب سوزني ليزري باعث افزايش تاثير‌گذاري درمان شده است و ثبات و باقي ماندن درمان نيز افزايش مي‌يابد و احتمال برگشت لكنت پس از درمان نيز كاهش مي‌يابد. سرعت گفتار و درصد كلمات لكنت شده قبل و پس از درمان در هر دو گروه الف و ب كاهش نشان داد، اما پي‌گيري درمان پس از 12 هفته نشان داد كه در گروه طب سوزني ليزري، نتايج ثبات درماني بيشتري داشت و تفاوت ميان دو گروه معني‌دار است. نتيجه‎گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه استفاده از طب سوزني ليزري يا ليزر درماني همراه با گفتار درماني تاثيرات زيادي بر درمان لكنت داشته و از عود يا بازگشت لكنت پس از پايان درمان كه يك مساله بسيار شايع است، نيز تا حد زيادي جلوگيري مي‌كند. كليد واژه‌ها: لكنت، طب سوزني، ليزر، درمان، نتيجه

Abstract Introduction: Investigation of strategies and methods of therapy in stuttering regarded to its characteristics and length of treatment and relapse of stuttering is very important. Acupuncture was introduced as a therapeutic method for treatment of stuttering. The aim of the present research was identification of the results of intervention of laser acupuncture compare with speech therapy in treatment of the persons who have stuttering. Materials and Methods: This research was a clinical- trial and case control research and the subjects were 20 stutterers and 20 non-stutterers. In the present research speech therapy and laser acupuncture on 10 persons who had developmental stuttering was used. Then the results compare with the data of speech therapy and placebo laser in 10 control subjects. All of subjects were followed 12 weeks after intervention. The data were analyzed by Independent t-test and repeated measure ANOVA and SPSS10. Results: The data showed that speech therapy accompany by laser acupuncture result to increasing of maintenance and therapeutic effects of stuttering treatment and decreasing of relapsing. The speech rate and percent of stuttered words before and after intervention in A and B groups was decreased but following the results after 12 weeks showed that the results were stable in laser group more than another group and there was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: The results of the present research showed that use of laser acupuncture therapy accompany by speech therapy has many effects on treatment of stuttering and prevents of relapsing of stuttering that is very common.
