بررسي وضعيت موجود و مطلوب كاربست شاخص‏‏هاي رهبري خدمتگزار در مديريت كتابخانه‏‏هاي دانشگاه‏‏هاي دولتي شهر اصفهان

Servant Leadership Indices in Isfahan University Libraries: state of the art and desirable situation

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ميزان كاربست شاخص‏هاي رهبري خدمتگزار در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي شهر اصفهان بود. روش: روش اين پژوهش پيمايشي تحليلي، و جامعه آن مديران وكتابداران شاغل در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي شهر اصفهان در سال تحصيلي1390-1389 است. به منظور تعيين حجم نمونه از فرمول نمونه گيري عمومي كوكران استفاده و تعداد 111 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي و ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. روايي صوري پرسشنامه توسط اساتيد مجرب تاييد و به منظور پايايي آن از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (در وضعيت موجود 87/0 و در وضعيت مطلوب 81/0) استفاده شد. يافته‏ها: نتايج نشان داد كه ميزان كاربست شاخص‏هاي رهبري خدمتگزار در وضعيت موجود و مطلوب به ترتيب كمتر و بيشتر از سطح متوسط بود. همچنين در ويژگي جمعيت شناختي رشته تحصيلي، كاركنان متخصص كتابداري ميزان مطلوبيت شاخص‏هاي رهبري خدمتگزار را بيشتر از كاركنان غير متخصص كتابداري بيان نمودند و در ويژگي جمعيت شناختي محل خدمت در هر دو وضعيت، تفاوت ميانگين‏ها معني‏دار بود. به نحوي كه كاركنان كتابخانه‏هاي دانشگاه صنعتي اصفهان ميزان موجود بودن اين شاخص‏ها را كمتر و مطلوبيت آنها را بيشتر از كاركنان كتابخانه هاي دو دانشگاه ديگر برآورد نمودند. در ديگر ويژگي‏هاي جمعيت شناختي تفاوت معني‏داري وجود نداشت

Purpose: This research investigates servant leadership components application in libraries of Isfahan universities. Method: We used survey method to analyze data collected from 111 managers and librarians of Isfahan universities in 2009-2010. Data were collected by questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by experienced professors. The reliability of questionnaire was estimated 0.87 for the existing situation and 0.81 for the desirable situation through Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. Findings: We found that the extent of application of the servant leadership components in the "existing situation" was lower than the average and in the "ideal situation" was higher than the average. Findings, with regard to field of study, showed that those who had librarianship degree assessed the extent of application of the servant leadership components higher than staff that didnʹt have a librarianship degree. Also, in the demographic characteristics analysis, the course of study showed that those who had librarianship degree assessed the extent of application of the servant leadership components higher than staff that didnʹt have librarianship degree. In demographic characteristics, place of work in both situations showed significant differences and the staff of Isfahan University of Technology assessed the extent of the existence of this component less and itʹs utility more than the staff of other universities and in other demographic characteristics no significant difference was seen.
