چكيده فارسي :
در اين تحقيق به منظور ارزيابي مقاومت به خشكي جو، 24 لاين در دو شرايط تنش و بدون تنش خشكي، هر كدام در قالب طرح بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي در 3 تكرار كشت شدند. در طول فصل زراعي از صفات مورفوفيزيولوژيك يادداشت برداري به عمل آمد. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه‌هاي آماري نشان داد كه مقادير بالاي شاخص‌هاي تحمل خشكي (STI) و ميانگين هندسي بهره‌وري (GMP) به عنوان بهترين معيار براي انتخاب لاين‌هاي مقاوم به خشكي مي‌باشند و بر اساس اين شاخص‌ها لاين‌هاي (آبيدر) Yesevi-93 CWb22-6-13/ICB-102893 ، ICB-111877 به عنوان لاين‌هاي مقاوم به خشكي و با عملكرد بالا شناسايي شدند. همچنين جوهاي دورديفه نسبت به جوهاي شش رديفه به خشكي مقاوم‌تر مي‌باشند. در بررسي صفات مورفوفيزيولوژيك در شرايط تنش خشكي، شاخص‌هاي STI وGMP با صفات طول دوره ظهور سنبله، ارتفاع بوته، طول ريشك، شاخص برداشت، وزن هزار دانه و تعداد دانه در سنبله همبستگي مثبت و با صفت طول دوره دانه بستن همبستگي منفي داشتند.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluation of drought resistance, 24 barley lines in drought stress and non-stress conditions planted in RCBD experiment with 3 replications. Along whole growing period all morphophysiological traits also recorded. The results of statistical analysis showed that: Stress Tolerance Index (STI) and Geometric Mean Productivity (GMP) are the best drought indices. Based on these indices lines Yesevi-93(Abidar) , CWb22-6-13/ICB-102893 , ICB-111877 identified as drought tolerant lines with high yield. On the other hand two-row barley is more drought tolerance than six-row barley. In evaluation of morphophysiological traits in drought stress conditions, STI and GMP indices have positive correlation with heading period length, plant height, awn length, harvest index, 1000-grain weight and grain-No per spike and negative correlation with grain filling period length.
