Organizational Success in Archives

در چند دهه اخير تغييرات اجتماعي و تغييرات مربوط به فناوري، كار مديران و به طرز مشابهي نحوه توسعه، كاركرد و روابط دروني و بيروني سازمان‌ها را تحت تاثير قرار داده است و به دنبال اين تغييرات، واقعيت‌هاي جديدي در سازمان‌ها و نظريات سازماني جديد مطرح ساخته و يا بر اهميت برخي از مفاهيم قديمي افزوده است؛ كه افزايش آگاهي درباره اين واقعيت‌ها و مفاهيم و به‌كارگيري آن‌ها در سازمان‏، تاثير بسزايي در پيشبرد امور خواهد داشت. در اين نگارش، در حالت كلي از اين واقعيت‌هاي جديد با نام "اساس موفقيت سازماني" ياد مي‏شود و سعي بر اين است كه به چند نمونه از اين مفاهيم اشاره شود و تاثير و جايگاه آن در سازمان‏ها به طور كل، و در سازمان آرشيو به طور خاص، مورد بررسي قرار گيرد.

In recent decades, social changes and changes related to technology have affected both the tasks of managers and the methods for development, functioning and relations inside and outside organizations. Accordingly, new facts have attracted attention in organizations and organizational theories and some old concepts have become more significant. Increasing the awareness about these facts and concepts and using them in organizations has an important effect on expediting organizational affairs. In this article, these new facts are referred to as “the basis for organizational success” and an effort has been made to mention some samples of these concepts and study their effect and position in organizations, and especially in archives. Findings show that achieving organizational success in any organization, including archives, demands the manager and staff to learn and employ special skills such as: organizational culture, organizational learning, organizational relations etc.
