اثر ورقه‌هاي محافظ انگور بر افزايش عمر انبارماني ميوه انگور ارقام رطبي و سياه سمرقندي

Effect of Grape Guard Pads on Extended Storage Life of Fruits of Rotabi and Siah-e-Samarghandi Grape Cultivars

رطبي و سياه سمرقندي دو رقم مهم انگور استان فارس پس از برداشت و در طول حمل و نقل با مشكل ريزش، پوسيدگي حبه‌ها و قهوه‌اي شدن چوب خوشه روبرو هستند. به منظور جلوگيري از بروز اين مشكلات و افزايش عمر انبارماني ميوه‌هاي هر يك از اين ارقام در زمان رسيدگي كامل (بر اساس رنگ‌گيري كامل ميوه)، داخل كيسه‌هاي پلاستيكي (سوراخ‌دار و بدون سوراخ) با يك يا دو ورق كاغذ آزاد‌كننده دي‌اكسيد‌گوگرد (ورقه‌هاي محافظ انگور) و جعبه‌هاي پلاستيكي هفت كيلوگرمي قرار داده و در سردخانه در دماي 1±1 درجه سانتي‌گراد و رطوبت نسبي90-85 درصد نگهداري شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه تيمار دو ورقه محافظ انگور (يك ورقه زير و يك ورقه بالاي ميوه‌ها) با كيسه پلاستيكي سوراخ‌دار حفظ شادابي چوب خوشه (تا 95%)، ريزش (صفر درصد) و پوسيدگي حبه (صفر درصد) و حفظ ساير خصوصيات كيفي ميوه انگور رقم سياه سمرقندي تا 120 روز موثر بود. طعم ميوه در انگور رقم رطبي به شدت تحت تاثير گوگرد قرار گرفت به همين دليل نگهداري ميوه اين رقم در سردخانه با استفاده از ورقه‌هاي محافظ انگور توصيه نمي‌شود. تيمارهاي شاهد (فاقد ورقه‌هاي محافظ انگور) تنها 25 روز در سردخانه قابل نگهداري بودند.

Rotabi and Siah-Samarghandi are two major grape cultivars grown in Fars province, Iran. Post-harvest management is a major concern during transportation and cold storage of fruits of these cultivars mainly berry shattering and decay. This research was carried out to study the effect of grape guard pads on extended storage life of fruits of Rotabi and Siah-Samarghandi grape cultivars. Freshly harvested fruits (based on full coloring of berries) for each cultivar were packed in plastic boxes of 7 kg capacity and enclosed with perforated and imperforated plastic bags including one or two SO2 generating pad(s). These boxes were stored in cold store at 1± 1?C and 85-90% relative humidity. Results showed that using two grape guard pads (one below and one over the fruits) enclosed with perforated plastic bag for cv. Siah-e-Samarghandi proved to be effective to maintain stem freshness (95%), berry shattering (0%) and berry decay (0%) as well as other quality attributes by 120 days in cold storage. Flavor of berries of cv. Rotabi was highly affected by SO2, hence, this cultivar is not suitable for being stored in cold storage using grape guard pads. The control boxes (without grape guard pads) could only be stored for 25 days.
