سياست منطقه اي پاكستان در شبه قاره و تاثير آن بر امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Pakistan Regional Policy in Indian subcontinent and Its Effects on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Security

مهمترين قسمت از سياست خارجي پاكستان بخش شبه قاره‌ي آن است، زيرا كشور بزرگ هندوستان كه امروزه با سرعت زيادي در حال تبديل شدن به قدرت اقتصادي و سياسي منطقه اي و جهاني است هنوز با پاكستان در تضاد اصلي مي باشد و اين دو كشور يكديگر را بزرگترين تهديد خود مي دانند و موضوع حل نشده كشمير منبع فعال مشاجره بين دو كشور است كه هراز چندي منازعه اي را رقم مي زند، اين احساس تهديد نظامي گري و رقابت تسليحاتي را در منطقه تا حد هسته اي شدن دو كشور پيش برده است. پاكستان به افغانستان نيز با چشم شبه قاره مي نگرد و آنجا را منطقه اي امن و يا حياط خلوت خود مي خواهد. اين رويكرد سياسي با تغيير اوضاع ژيوپوليتيك منطقه كه پس از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي و خروج شوروي از افغانستان و پايان جنگ سرد به وجود آمد شكلي به خود گرفت كه در مقابل بعضي منافع و امنيت ملي ايران قرار گرفت. و پس از حضور مستقيم آمريكا در افغانستان نيز به شكل ديگري ادامه يافت. در اين تحقيق نحوه‌ي اثر گذاري سياست منطقه اي پاكستان بر ابعاد مختلف امنيت ملي ايران با نگاه ژيوپوليتيكي و ژيوكالچر و ژيواكونومي بررسي شده و پيشنهاداتي براي حفاظت از منافع ملي و امنيت ملي ايران ارايه شده است.

The most important part of Pakistan’s foreign policy is its Policy in the Indian subcontinent. Pakistan، too، looks at Afghanistan through its sub-continental’s view and likes to have it as its backyard. With geopolitical changes of the region that took place after the victory of the Islamic revolution and the Soviet’s withdraw from Afghanistan and the end of cold war، this political approach shaped so that stood in front of some of the Iran’s interests and national security. And، after the direct present of U. S. in Afghanistan، it continued in another form. The research studies how Pakistan’s regional policy affects various Iran’s national security، geopolitically، geo-culturally، geo-economic، and presents some suggestions to protect Iran’s national interests and security
