Study of Human Cloning from the Ethical aspect

شبيه‌سازي انسان، پديده‌اي است نوظهور، كه هنوز در آغاز راه شگرف و بي‌مانند خود است و از همين روست كه دغدغه‌هاي متفكرين عالم، به ويژه عالمان دين و اخلاق رابه خود مشغول كرده است. هرچند عده‌اي به دليلِ هزينه بالاي تكنولوژي شبيه‌سازي، شيوع آن و در نتيجه پرسش‌هاي اخلاقيِ پيرامون آن را اغراق‌آميز مي‌دانند؛ ولي پاسخ به اين پرسش اساسي ضرورتي گريز‌ناپذير است: آيا شبيه‌سازي انسان از نظر اخلاقي مجاز است يا خير؟ پس از بررسي و آزمون فرضيات در اين تحقيق، به عنوان نتيجه مي‌توان گفت كه، به نظر مي‌رسد مفسده‌ي واقعي براي پديده‌ي شبيه‌سازي متصور نباشد؛ به همين جهت شايد بتوان گفت اكنـون كه تحقيقات در زمينـه‌ي شبيه‌سـازي انسان آغاز شده، امكـان به عقب برگرداندن، ممنـوع‌كردن و يا ناديـده‌گرفتن آن وجود ندارد و در عوض، بايـد تحقيقـات در زمينـه‌ي شبيـه‌سـازي را جهت‌دار نمود و قوانين حقوقي را در اين ارتباط وضع كرد؛ همچنين ضروري است تا بايدها و نبايدهاي اخلاقي در اين ارتباط، بر مبناي موازين عُرف و شرع، به دقت تبيين گردد.

Human cloning is newly emerged phenomenon, which is still in the beginning of its tremendous and unique route. Hence it has attracted the concerns of the thinkers throughout the globe, particularly the scholars in the fields of religion and ethics. Although some regard it as exaggeration because of high cost of cloning technology, its outbreak and consequently the ethical questions around it, but answering this basic question is an inevitable necessity: Is the human cloning authorized ethically or not? After studying and testing the hypotheses in this research, we may conclude that it seems that no real corrupt is presumed for cloning phenomenon. For this reason we may say that now that the research has begun in the field of human cloning, there is no possibility to reverse it, prohibit it or ignore it. Instead we should orientate the research in this area and pass cloning regulations in this respect. It is necessary to explain exactly about ethical dos and don’ts in this regard according to the customary and religious standards.
