The Culture of Creativity and Cultural Creativity

چكيده در اين مقاله در آغاز «چيستي خلاقيت» در قالب رواياتي از رويدادهاي واقعي تاريخي بيان مي‏شود. سپس «تعاريف فرهنگ» را در ديدگاه صاحب نظران بازخواني مي‏كنيم آنگاه «تعاريف خلاقيت» را در آيينه‏ي نگاه كارشناسان و انديشمندان بازشناسي مي‏كنيم. «توسعه و گسترش خلاقيت» موضوع بعدي ماست كه به تبيين آن مي‏پردازيم. براي بناي هر ساختمان بايست نخست ستون‏هايي را برافراشت و براي تبيين هر پديده‏اي نيز در آغاز بايست اصولي را مطرح كرد و مهندسي بحث را بر فراز آن اصول، بنا كرد؛ در ادامه، اين مقاله تحت عنوان «اصول خلاقيت» است كه در آن شش اصل محوري را مطرح مي‏كنيم سپس به چگونگي نهادينه كردن فرهنگ خلاقيت در جامعه اشاره مي‏نماييم. نتيجه‏گيري، بحث پاياني اين پژوهش است

Abstract In this paper, first of all, the meaning of creativity is taken into consideration by reviewing the historical events. Then, different definitions of the word culture are analyzed using the expertsʹ points of view. After that, the various definitions of the word creativity are reviewed by paying attention to expertsʹ and thinkersʹ opinions. The next subject that is creativity development is also elaborated in this paper. In order to construct a building, first, the pillars should be established. Also, for explaining each phenomenon, some principles should be posed first, and the discussion should be based on these posed principles. In this paper, six central principles are mentioned under the title of the principles of creativity. Then, the ways through which the culture of creativity can be established in the society are discussed. The last part of the paper is devoted to the conclusion.
