نظريه‌پردازي‌هاي علمي يكي از مسايل مهم عصر ما و ضرورتي براي پيشرفت هر دانش است. خاستگاه نظريه‌ها مي‌تواند از متن دانش مورد نظر برخيزد يا از دانشي ديگر، يعني پژوهشگر الهام يا حدس برخاسته از يك پديده طبيعي يا از يك آيه قرآن نظريه‌اي ارايه مي‌كند و با توجه به شواهد و قراين علمي آن را سامان مي‌دهد. به عبارت ديگر نظريه‌پردازي‌هاي علمي گاهي تك تباري است و گاهي چند تباري است يعني گاهي نظريه علمي به صورت ميان‌رشته‌اي شكل مي‌گيرد. از اينجاست كه نظريه‌پردازي‌هاي علمي قرآن متولد مي‌شود. در اين نوشتار بر آنيم كه ابعاد مختلف اين مساله را مورد بررسي قرار دهيم.

Scientific Theorizing on the Quran Mohammad-Ali Rezaei Isfahani Associate Professor Abstract Development of scientific theories is one of the significant issues of our time and is necessary for the progress of every discipline. Theories may be motivated by the circumstances of each discipline or they may be inspired by what happens in other disciplines. In other words, theories have either intra-disciplinary or inter-disciplinary sources. For example, inspired by a natural phenomenon or a particular verse from the Quran, a researcher may develop a theory and then he/she gives shape to it using scientific evidence. Development of scientific theories on the Quran follows the same procedure. The present article seeks to examine various dimensions of this issue.
