Strategic Review of Organizational Atmosphere and Ethic in National Organizations

موفقيت سازمان‌ها در پياده سازي استراتژي مستلزم اتخاذ تدابير خاص در مراحل مختلف نظام مديريتي است تا ضمن پوشش سطوح چند لايهكاركنان، قابليت تلفيق دارايي‌هاي مشهود و نامشهود در بستر همسويي فرآيندهاي عملياتي راهبردي در سازمان فراهم آيد. طراحي نقشه كلان راهبرد در چارچوب مدل كارت امتيازي متوازن، نماد بصري راهبرد براي پياده سازي راهبردهاي ملي، در جمهوري اسلامي ايران هدف مقاله حاضر است، با اين رويكرد و مستند به بررسي چالش‌هاي پياده سازي راهبردهاي ملي و ظرفيت‌هاي مدل كارت امتيازي متوازن، الگويي مفهومي در قالب معادلات ساختاري پيشبيني شد و در ادامه با جمع آوري نمونه‌هاي آماري ، چگونگي نوع روابط متغيرهاتوسط نرم افزار ليزرل محاسبه شد. جهت، همسويي و معناداري روابط پيش‌بيني شده بين متغيرهاي الگوي مفهومي مبتني بر مفاهيم مدل BSCامكان طراحي نقشهپياده سازي راهبردهاي ملي را در اين مقاله فراهم ساخته است.

The success of organizations in materialization of strategy needs adopting certain tact in various stages of management system, to such an extent that in addition to covering multi layers levels of employees, the capability of combination the visible and invisible assets in synchronized ground of strategic operational processes in organization be prepared. Planning the macro map of strategy within framework of balanced concession card model is visual epitome of strategy for materialization of national strategies in the I.R. of Iran which is the aim of current paper. With such approach and document, the challenges for materialization of national strategies and the potentials of balanced concession card model has been reviewed and a conceptual model within framework of structural equations has been anticipated. Then with gathering of statistical samples, the quality of type of variants relations has been calculated by laser software. Direction, Synchronization and meaningful of anticipated relations among conceptual model variants based on B.S.C. Model caused the possibility of planning the map for materialization of national strategies in this paper.
