اين مقاله به بررسي نقش معنايي واژه «جامه» ([y’mkʹ]: jamag / yamak) در جمله «اين جامه كه مي بري» [be et [y’mkʹ]: jamag / yamak-e dah ke bareh] مي-پردازد. اين جمله خطاب به زردشت در هنگام عروج او به آسمان در كتاب هفتم دينكرد آمده است. اين پژوهش بر بنياد ريشه شناسي تاريخي و كاربرد واژه جامه در متون گوراني(سده 3-14ه) از گروه شمال غربي زبان هاي ايراني (پارتي) انجام شده است. واژه جامه در اين زبان به معناي تن، پيكر و كالبد انساني كاربرد گسترده اي دارد. جامه محل بروز روان انساني است و روان در هنگام عروج و مرگ از آن جدا مي شود. بنابراين در هنگام عروج زردشت به آسمان، امشاسپند بهمن به او مي گويد: جامه (= تن) خود را بر زمين بگذارد و در سفري رواني با مينوي بهمن همراه شود.

This article survey about the role and meaning of the word “Jameh” ([y’mkʹ]: jamag / yamak) in this sentence: be et [y’mkʹ]: jamag / yamak-e dah ke bareh (This “Jame” that you take). This sentence is addressed to Zoroaster, while he is ascending to the sky in the Seventh Book of D?nkard. This study is based on the historical root-finding and the usage of the word “Jameh” in texts of Gurani (3-14 centuries A.H.) from the Northwestern group of Iranian languages (Partian). The word “Jameh” in this language is widely used to mean body, figure and skeleton. “Jameh” is the place, where the human psyche shows itself, and during ascension and death, the psyche separates from it. Therefore during Zoroasterʹs ascension to the sky, Amsh?spand Bahman told him to leave his “Jameh” – body on the earth and go on a psychological journey with Minoo’s Bahman.
