بررسي دانش ها و مهارت هاي مورد نياز حرفه حسابداري و فاصله آن با آموزش هاي حسابداري فعلي در ايران

Investigation of the Required Knowledgeʹʹs and Skills of Accounting Profession and itʹʹs Gap with Present Accounting Educations in Iran

چكيده در سيستم آموزشي حسابداري، توجه به نيازها و خواسته هاي حرفه و ارايه آموزش هاي متناسب با نيازهاي حرفه از اهميت خاصي برخوردار است. اين پژوهش به بررسي دانش‌ها و مهارت‌هاي مورد نياز حرفه حسابداري در محيط اقتصادي كنوني ايران از ديدگاه شاغلين حرفه، اساتيد و دانشجويان مي‌پردازد. همچنين اين مطالعه در پي تعيين فاصله بين نيازهاي حرفه با آموزش هاي ارايه شده به وسيله سيستم آموزشي رشته حسابداري (مقطع كارشناسي) و ارايه پيشنهاداتي جهت فاصله موجود مي‌باشد. داده‌هاي مورد نياز از طريق پرسشنامه‌اي كه روايي و يايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفته جمع‌آوري شده است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه بين برداشت هاي شاغلين، اساتيد و دانشجويان پيرامون دانش‌ها و مهارت‌هاي مورد نياز حرفه حسابداري تفاوت وجود دارد. همچنين از ديدگاه شاغلين، اساتيد و دانشجويان بين دانش‌ها و مهارت‌هاي مورد نياز حرفه حسابداري و آموزش هاي حسابداري كنوني تفاوت قابل ملاحظه اي وجود دارد.

Abstract: Accounting educational system has an important role in training skilled manpower. Generally, the educational system, according to the needs and requirements of the profession provide necessary training to suit the needs of the profession. Whether the educational system of accounting skills and knowledge to enter the accounting profession offers educational accounting for many micro and macro level is not clear. This research investigates knowledge and skills in the accounting profession of the current economic environment from the viewpoint of professional practitioners, teachers and students. This study seeks to determine the distance between the needs of the professional training provided by the accounting curriculum (Undergraduate) and provide recommendations for space is available. Data is collected by means of questionnaire, that its validity and reliability has been approved. Results show that there is a significant difference between the perceptions among practitioners, teachers and students about the knowledge and skills required by accounting profession and accounting education.
