برآورد ميزان تاثيرپذيري مشاركت زنان از سرمايهي اجتماعي در نواحي روستايي مطالعه موردي: دهستان درزآب- شهرستان مشهد

Estimating the amount of womenʹʹs participation influenced from social capital in rural areas (Case Study: Darzab Dehastan of Mashhad County)

فرايند مشاركت زنان در روند تحول جوامع روستايي ايران طي ساليان اخير روند صعودي به خود گرفته است و انتظار ميرود با افزايش سطح سرمايهي اجتماعي در اين نواحي بر مشاركتپذيري اين بخش از جامعهي روستايي افزوده گردد. در اين مقاله تلاش شد تا ميزان اثرگذاري شكلگيري سرمايهي اجتماعي بر فرايند مشاركت زنان در فعاليتهاي مختلف در نواحي روستايي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي است كه بخش عمده‌اي از داده‌هاي آن بر اساس مطالعات ميداني از سطح منطقه جمع‌آوري شده است. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق 1315 خانوار كه با روش كوكران 250 خانوار به عنوان نمونه تعيين و به روش نمونه‌‌گيري تصادفي سيستماتيك‌ انتخاب شده است. يافتههاي مطالعه بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون رگرسيون چند متغيره نشان ميدهد كه شدت تاثير متغير سرمايه اجتماعي بر مشاركت زنان روستايي 610/0 است كه بيانگر تاثير متوسط و مثبت سرمايه اجتماعي بر مشاركتپذيري زنان روستايي ميباشد. سرمايهي اجتماعي بيشترين تاثير را در ميزان شكلگيري انواع مشاركت زنان در روستاها داشته است، به طوري كه به تنهايي 8/38 درصد از تغييرات مشاركت را تبيين ميكند. از سوي ديگر رابطهي قوي بين سرمايهي اجتماعي و انواع مشاركت در سطح روستاهاي منطقه وجود دارد. با توجه يافتهها، راهكارهايي شامل تجهيز و سرمايه گذاري در امور اقتصادي روستاها، آموزش زنان و دختران روستايي، تشكيل بانك اطلاعاتي براي شناسايي قابليتهاي زنان روستايي، ارتقاي آگاهيهاي آنان نسبت به حقوق، توانمنديها و استعدادهاي خود و مزاياي مشاركت در جامعه از طريق آموزش و رسانههاي گروهي و غيره پيشنهاد شده است.

Contributions are expected to be increased with an increase in the level of social capital in these areas of rural community. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the influence the amount of social capital formation on the process of womenʹs participation in various activities in rural areas. Research method here is descriptive-analytical in which the main part of the data collection is based on field studies of area. Statistical population of 1315 households with 250 households as the Cochrane and systematic random sampling method is selected. Study findings, based on the results of multiple regression test show highly variable impact of social capital on rural womenʹs participation of 0.610 which indicates moderate positive effect of social capital is on the contributions of rural women. Social capital formation has had most influence on rate of participation of women in various villages, so that it explains alone a 38.8 percent of the partnership changes. On the other hand, the strong relationship exists between social capital and participation in various villages in the area there. Considering the results, solutions including investment in rural economic affairs, education, rural women and girls, formed the database for the identification capabilities of rural women toward promoting awareness of rights and benefits of their abilities and talents through participation in community education and mass media etc. are proposed.
