خصوصيات ميوه برخي از گونه‌هاي وحشي بادام در ايران

Fruit Characteristics of some Wild Almonds in Iran

در اين مطالعه ده صفت كمي و شش صفت كيفي مربوط به خصوصيات خشك ميوه و مغز 56 نمونه از 17 گونه و واريته وحشي بادام مقايسه و گروه‌بندي شدند. گونه‌هاي وحشي بادام تنوع زيادي از نظر صفات بررسي شده نشان دادند. گونه P. haussknechtii بزرگ‌ترين و سنگين‌ترين خشك ميوه و مغز را داشت در حالي كه گونه P. lycioides var. horrida داراي كوچك‌ترين ميوه بود. گونه‌هاي P. scoparia، P. spartioides و P. erioclada روشن‌ترين رنگ مغز را داشتند. بر اساس خصوصيات خشك ميوه و مغز، نمونه‌هاي وحشي بادام به دو كلاستر طبقه‌بندي شدند. اين دو كلاستر با دو سري Icosandrae و Dodecandrea كه قبلا براي گونه‌هاي وحشي بادام تعيين شده بود مطابقت داشت. سري Icosandrae شامل گونه‌هايي از دو بخش Euamygdalus و Spartioides بود و سري Dodecandrea شامل گونه‌هاي متعلق به بخش Lycioides بود. نتايج اين آزمايش نشان داد كه مي‌توان از خصوصيات خشك ميوه و مغز براي كمك به شناسايي و طبقه‌بندي ژنوتيپ‌هاي بادام استفاده كرد.

In this study 56 accessions of 17 wild almond species and varieties were compared and classified based on their nut and kernel characteristics. Ten quantitative and six qualitative traits of nut and kernel were recorded. Wild almond species showed a high diversity in mentioned characteristics. Prunus haussknechtii had the biggest and heaviest nut and kernel, while P. lycioides var. horrida produced the smallest nut. P. scoparia, P. spartioides and P. erioclada showed the lightest kernel color. Based on nut and kernel characteristics, wild genotypes were classified into two clusters. These two clusters agreed the two series Icosandrae and Dodecandrea, which have already been determined. The former serie contained species from Euamygdalus and Spartioides sections.
