بررسي روش‏هاي ارايه عملكردنيروهاي انتظامي (ژاجا، شاجا،كميته انقلاب اسلامي)در هشت سال دفاع مقدس درمحيط موزه دفاع مقدس

To Survey the ways of najaʹs (Gendarmary Police and Islamic Republic Committee) function presentation in 8 years of sacred defense in sacred defense museum

براي ايجاد موزه دفاع مقدس با هدف تبيين تاريخ هشت ساله جنگ تحميلي عراق عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران، طرح ثبت عملكرد نيروهاي انتظامي قبل از ادغام (ژاندارمري، شهرباني، كميته انقلاب اسلامي و لشگر 28 روح‏اله) به عنوان يكي از طرح‏هاي شصت گانه دفاع مقدس به ناجا واگذار شده است. فرايند مطالعه، پژوهش، طراحي و توليد اين طرح فازبندي گرديده؛ در اين تحقيق فاز صفر طرح يعني مرحله مطالعاتي اوليه از قبيل مخاطب پژوهي موزه دفاع مقدس ناظر به ثبت عملكرد نيروي‏انتظامي در دفاع مقدس با بهره‏گيري از نظرات 43 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان مطلع به موضوع دفاع مقدس بررسي شده است. در فاز صفر طرح مذكور با چارچوب نظري ارتباطات، مفاهيم و موضوع‏هايي مثل: موزه و تاريخ آن، انواع موزه‏ها، اهداف شناختي، عاطفي، رواني- حركتي و مخاطب پژوهشي نقد و پژوهش شده است. نوع تحقيق در اين پژوهش كاربردي و توصيفي و به‏ صورت جمع‏آوري اطلاعات به طريق اسنادي و مصاحبه با بهره‏گيري از روش دلفي مي‏باشد؛ نتايج حاكي است بيش از هشتاد درصد نظر دهنده‏ها درباره دسته‏بندي كلي مخاطبان به عامه مردم و متخصصان، موافق مي‏باشند؛ همچنين نسبت به دسته بندي مخاطبان غرفه‏ها با 1- مخاطبان عمومي، 2- متخصصان و3- اولويت بندي نيازهاي عامه مخاطبان ابراز موافقت نموده‏اند.

Abstract Quality is generally defined as the consistency of product or services to the requirements of customers. So, quality evaluation is as an effective concept in growth and development of each organization. In this way, evaluation of the current state of quality has an important role in personnel growth and development toward organizational goals. Accordingly, the present research is going to evaluate the current state of education quality in the faculty of administrative and logistics sciences from Police University. The researchers also want to present practical alternatives, if there is a significant difference between the current state and suture state of each variable. This is a descriptive and survey research. We used a standard questionnaire in Police University for evaluation of education quality after defining the crucial factors and research conceptual model. The volume of sample was 150 students of different majors in administrative and logistics science and techniques faculty. In this research, we used Pearsonʹs test to find out any relationship between variables and used Freedman test for ranking the effective variables on education quality. The results showed that the condition of education quality from the point of each three group is relatively good. On the other hand, there is a positive relationship between education qualities, the process of learning and teaching, faculty and educational group, educational facilities and equipments and there is a ranking between these variables.
