Comparison the degree of organizational Learning between public and non - profit schools in Qom city

با توجه به ييچيدگي و پويايي روز افزون عوامل محيطي و تغييرات بسيار سريع،‏ سازمان هاي سنتي ديگر قادر به هماهنگي اين تغيبرات نيستند و در حال نابود شدن مي باشند از اين رو،‏ بحتث سازمانهاي يادگيرنده به عنوان ابزاري براي بقا و هماهنگي با اين تغييرات مورد توجه بسياري از سازمانها قرار گرفته است. آنچه مي خوانيد خلاصه اي از مباني نظري و يافته هاي تحقيق است،‏ پبرامون بررسي ميزان يادگيري سازماني مدارس. تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي ميزان يادگيري سازماني مدارس متوسطه دولتي و غيرانتفاعي انجام گرفته است. جهت تحقق هدف فوق يك فرضيه به شرح ذيل تدوين گرديده ((بين ميزان يادگيري سازماني مدارس متوسطه دولتي و غير انتفاعي تفاوت وجود دارد.جهت گرد آوري اطلاعات و يافتن ويزگي هاي سازمان ( دبيرستان ) ياد گيرنده از روش كتابخانه اي و براي بررسي ميزان يادگيري سازمان از پزسشنامه ي محقق ساخته پس از تعييين روايي و پاياني استفاده شده است . يعني ميزان يادگيري سازماني مدارس غير انتفاعي كليه ويژگي ها ي بدست آمده بيش تر از مدارس دولتي است .

Regarding to complications and dynamism of Environmental factors and fast changes increasingly, traditional organizations can’t harmonized themselves with these changes, so they are disappearing consequently, the organizations paid much attention to the discussion of learning organizations, as a tool to maintain and harmony. Here, there is a summary of theoretical basis and findings of research about measuring the level of organizational learning of schools. Its goal was considerating the level of learning in public schools and non- profit schools. To achieve the goals this hypothesis was suggested. Hypothesis: there is a difference between the level of learning in public schools and non - profit schools. To collect data and find the charactristics of learner organization, the questionnaire, after difining the validity and reliability, and library method was used. Collected data was analyzed by discriptive statistic method which composed of frequency indicator, percentage of frequency , average , and deductive statistic cansisted of Mann - Whitney test suggested that there is a meaningful difference between level of organizational learning in public schools and non - profit snhools , that is , in all characteristics the level of organizational learning of non - profit schools is higher than public schools
