امكان سنجي اجراي برنامه‌ريزي درسي مدرسه محور در دبيرستان‌هاي شهر كرمانشاه

The Feasibility Study of the Implementation of School – Based Curriculum Development in Kermanshah High schools

اين مقاله با هدف امكان سنجي اجراي برنامه‌ريزي درسي مدرسه محور، در دبيرستان‌هاي شهر كرمانشاه تهيه شده است. بدين منظور چهار متغير دانش، نگرش، مهارت و امكانات در دو گروه مديران و دبيران، مورد سنجش و بررسي قرار گرفت. براي سنجش متغيرهاي يادشده، چهار اقدام ترتيبي «انتخاب، تغيير، تكميل و تدوين» در زمينه‌ي برنامه‌ريزي درسي مدرسه محور، مورد شناسايي قرار گرفت و سعي شد پرسش‌نامه‌اي تهيه شود كه سنجش هر چهار سطح را شامل شود. ضمن اين‌كه سوالاتي نيز طرح شدند كه بتوانند تمركز را بسنجند. در جريان بررسي از پژوهش توصيفي استفاده شد. از جامعه‌ي كل (تمام دبيران و مديران مدارس متوسطه شهر كرمانشاه) در سال تحصيلي 1389-1388 نمونه 50 مدير و 300 دبير به صورت تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از شاخص‌هاي ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد، براي توصيف از آزمون مجذور كاي و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و اسپيرمن براي بررسي‌هاي استنباطي استفاده گرديد. نتيجه‌ي كلي پژوهشْ حاكي از آن است كه گروه‌هاي مخاطب داراي دانش كافي، نگرش متوسط و مهارت ناكافي در زمينه‌ي اجراي برنامه‌ريزي درسي مدرسه محور مي باشند و مدارس متوسطه ي شهر كرمانشاه، براي اجراي برنامه‌ريزي درسي مدرسه محور، از امكانات مناسب برخوردار نيستند.

This paper is concerned with the feasibility study of the implementation of school – based curriculum development in Kermanshah high schools. Four variables of knowledge, attitudes, skills and facilities of department administrators and teachers were assessed and evaluated. For measuring these training measures, components such as choice, change, completion and development were identified and the assessments of all four levels were included in the questions, while questions were also projected to measure the concentration. This study is descriptive and population of this study included all high school teachers and administrators in the city of Kermanshah in the academic year 1388-1389. The sample included 50 administrators and 300 teachers who were randomly selected. For data analysis the mean and standard deviation indices were used for descriptive purposes and for inferential purposes, tests such as Chi Square and Pearson and Spearman correlations were used to measure the relationship between the variables. In general, the results indicate that the studied group has adequate knowledge, average attitude and inadequate skills for running the school – based curriculum development in Kermanshah high schools and there arenʹt appropriate facilities for running such schools.
