عوامل موثر بر نهادينه شدن مشاركت كشاورزان در تشكل هاي توليدي- صنفي با تاكيد بر سطح مشاركت آنها: مطالعه موردي دهستان سگزآباد استان قزوين

Factors Affecting the Institutionalization of Farmers’ Participation in Guild Organizations with Emphasis on Types of Farmer’s Participation: A Case Study of Sagzabad Subdistrict, Ghazvin Province

نهادينه شدن مشاركت در ميان كشاورزان از مفاهيم بسيار مهم در توسعه روستايي است. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر تعريف و سنجش اين مفهوم و بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر آن است؛ و از ميان عوامل مختلف، ويژگي هاي شخصي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي در كانون توجه قرار دارد. همچنين، سطح مشاركت كشاورزان شامل مشاوره، مشاركت در مسايل اجرايي، ارزشيابي، مالي و بهره مندي از منافع مشاركت تعريف و سنجيده شده، تاثير آن بر متغير وابسته بررسي مي شود. جامعه آماري پژوهش (كه طي دوره 1382 تا 1390 انجام شده) 1450 تن از ساكنان دهستان سگزآباد و حجم نمونه برابر با 138 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه اندازه خانوار با متغير نهادينه شدن مشاركت همبستگي مثبت و معني دار دارد؛ و مشاركت كشاورزان در اجرا، ارزشيابي و مسايل مالي و بهره مندي آنها از منافع پروژه هم با نهادينه شدن مشاركت در ميان كشاورزان رابطه اي مستقيم و معني دار دارد.

Institutionalization of participation among farmers is a very important issue in rural development. The main purpose of this study is to define and measure this concept and factors affecting it. Among different factors, the study considers personal, social and economic characteristics. In addition, the level of farmers’ participation (consultation, participation in implementation, financial matters, evaluation and benefiting from participation) is defined and measured and its impact on dependent variable is examined. Statistical population in this study, which has been carried out from 2003 to 2011, is 1450 residents of Sagzabad county and the sample size is equal to 138 heads of households. The results indicate that the only variable that has a significant and direct relationship with institutionalization of farmers’ participation is the size of household. Farmers’ participation in implementation, evaluation and financial issues and their benefit from the project relate directly and significantly to institutionalization of farmers’ participation.
