رابطه سبك هاي هويت و رشد اخلاقي با مسيوليت پذيري در دانشجويان

The Relationships of Identity Styles, Moral Development and Responsibility in Andimeshk Payamnur University (A. P. U) Students

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه سبك هاي هويت و رشد اخلاقي با مسيوليت پذيري در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور شهرستان انديمشك بود، آزمودني ها 200 نفر دانشجو( 100 نفر دختر و 100 نفر پسر) بودند كه به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي پژوهش، پرسشنامه حالات هويت بنيون و آدامز، آزمون رشد اخلاقي (DIT) و مقياس مسيوليت پذيري پرسشنامه روانشناختي كاليفرنيا (CPI) بودند، نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون در سطح P < 0.0001 نشان داد كه بين سبك هاي هويت پيشرفته، مهلت خواه و رشد اخلاقي با مسيوليت پذيري دانشجويان رابطه مثبت وجود دارد اما بين سبك هاي هويت زود هنگام و آشفته با مسيوليت پذيري دانشجويان رابطه منفي وجود دارد. همچنين از بين متغيرهاي سبك هاي هويت (پيشرفته، مهلت خواه، زودهنگام، آشفته) و رشد اخلاقي به عنوان متغيرهاي پيش بين، متغيرهاي سبك هويت آشفته، سبك هويت مهلت خواه، رشد اخلاقي و سبك هويت زودهنگام به ترتيب پيش بيني كننده براي مسيوليت پذيري دانشجويان مي باشند و سبك هويت پيشرفته در پيش بيني كنندگي مسيوليت پذيري دانشجويان نقشي ايفا نمي كند.

The purpose of the accomplished research was to study the relationships of identity styles (achievement, moratorium foreclosure and diffusion identity styles) and moral development with responsibility among the students of A. P. U. The subjects were 200 students (100 male and 100 female) that were selected by stratified sampling method. To collect data Benun and Adams Identity Styles Inventory, Defining Issues Test (D. I. T) and California Psychological Inventory (C. P. I) were implemented. The results at p value less to equals to 0. 0001(p? 0. 0001) showed that: achievement and moratorium identity style and moral development positively correlated to responsibility but there were negative correlations among foreclosure, diffusion identity styles to responsibility of A. P. U. students. The results also revealed that: from the Identity styles (achievement, moratorium foreclosure and diffusion identity styles) and moral development as predictive variables; diffusion and moratorium identity styles moral development and foreclosure identity style saliently predict the responsibility of A. P. U. students as criteria variable respectively; but achievement identity style play no any significant role to predict the responsibility of the students.
