سرعت نو آوري هاي تكنولوژيكي سبب شكل گيري تحولات اجتماعي و پديدار شدن اوقات فراغت به عنوان يكي از نيازمندي هاي اساسي شده است . اين امر توسعه صنعت گردشگري و تفرجگاه هاي پيراشهري به عنوان مقصدگردشگري در مقياس خرد را در پي داشته است. تحقيق در پي پاسخ اين سوال بوده است كه تفرجگاه پيراشهري چه ويژگي هايي دارد و چگونه مي توان آن را ساماندهي كرد؟ بدين منظور، منطقه طارم به عنوان تفرجگاه پيراشهري انتخاب، ويژگي ها و ساماندهي فعاليت هاي گردشگري در آن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. اطلاعات مورد نياز از طريق بازديد محلي، انجام مصاحبه با گردشگران و ساكنان محلي، تكميل 200پرسشنامه توسط گردشگران و نيز برخي اصناف و نيز استفاده از برخي اسناد صورت گرفته است. داده هاي جمع آوري شده به صورت تطبيقي و بر اساس سه عامل" قابليت ها"، "خدمات و امكانات" و" تاثير پذيري ساكنان محلي" مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتيجه نشان مي دهدكه در ساماندهي گردشگري ناحيه، محيط طبيعي هم از توان گردشگري برخوردار است و هم داراي ظرفيت تحمل مي باشد. جامعه ميزبان از توسعه اين صنعت استقبال مي كند. ولي گردشگري ناحيه تنها بر بنيان خواست ساكنان شهرهاي مجاور شكل گرفته و دولت نقشي در آن نداشته است. نقش دولت تا دسترسي جامعه محلي به سطح مورد نياز خود اتكايي قابل توجه و بسيار با اهميت است. مساعدت دولت در دستيابي جامعه ميزبان به مديريت خود اتكا از نظر سرمايه گذاري و ترويج فرهنگي اهميت بسيار دارد.

This has resulted in development of tourism industry and Promenade around the cities as destination of tourists at micro scale. Study sought to answer what are the characteristics of promenade around the cities and how can to organize it? For this purpose, Tarom region have been selected and studied as a Promenade around the cities. Required data has been collected through local visits, interviews with tourists and local residents, and 200 questionnaires are completed by tourists and traders, as well as use of some documents. Collected data are analyzed based on "potentialities", "services and facilities" and "affected local residents. Results show in reorganization aspects of tourism in the area, natural environment has both potentialities and Carring capacity. Host community welcomes the development of this industry. But tourism has formed only on the foundation of neighboring cities residents urged and government has no role in it. The role of government is very important in access of local community to the level required considerable reliance. Government assistance is very important for host community in achieving self reliance management from the viewpoint of investment and cultural promotion.
