The Role of Information Security Management Systems in Supply Chain Performance Improvement

با توجه به افزايش روزافزون استفاده از تبادلات اطلاعاتي و مالي و فيزيكي در زنجيره‌هاي تامين، موضوع و اهميت مديريت امنيت، بيش از پيش احساس مي‌گردد. از طرفي، محققان نقش نظام‌هاي مديريت امنيت اطلاعات (ISMS)3 را بر افزايش دقت و صحت تبادلات اطلاعات، دسترسي به اطلاعات دقيق و به‌موقع، و كاهش خطاهاي نظام اطلاعاتي موثر دانسته‌اند. ازآنجاكه تحقيقي بر بررسي اهميت به‌كارگيري ISMS بر بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تامين انجام نگرفته است، اين نوشتار در جهت رفع اين مهم است و با ايجاد چارچوبي جديد براي شاخص‌هاي ارزيابي عملكرد زنجيره تامين، به‌دنبال بررسي چگونگي تاثيرگذاري ISMS بر بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تامين در صنعت خودرو است و همين امر جنبه نوآورانه تحقيق قلمداد مي‌شود. بنابراين، پس از بررسي ادبيات ISMS، به بررسي عملكرد زنجيره تامين با استفاده از فنّ كارت امتيازي متوازن4 و در سه سطح راهبردي و فنّي و عملياتي پرداخته‌ شده است. اين بررسي، در مجموعه‌اي از شركت‌هاي خودروسازي و تامين‌كنندگان و قطعه‌سازان رده‌هاي يك و دو زنجيره تامين شركت‌هاي خودروساز انجام گرديده است. در ادامه، به تعيين عوامل5 مهم اين دو مبحث در صنعت خودرو توسط تحليل عاملي و پس از آن، با تحليل همبستگي، به چگونگي رابطه همبستگي ISMS بر عملكرد زنجيره تامين پرداخته شده است. نتايج بررسي‌ها حاكي از تاثير ابعاد متنوعي از ISMS است كه عبارتند از هماهنگي اطلاعات، جلوگيري از اشتباهات انساني، دقت و صحت اطلاعات، و ايجاد زمينه آموزشي، بر چهار منظر مشتريان، مالي، فرايندهاي داخلي، و آموزش و رشد، در سه سطح راهبردي و فنّي و عملياتي در زنجيره تامين. درنهايت، ISMS باعث افزايش و بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تامين مي‌شود.

In recent years, the researchers have emphasized on positive effect of information system on supply chain performance such as organizational processes integration, information sharing, information technology, etc. In other hand, information security management system is one of the subjects that researches considered its effects on increase accuracy and effective information exchange, access to accurate and timely information and reduce errors of information system. Since, any research has not been done on this ground (the importance of ISMS on supply chain performance). Therefore, it was felt that a research should have done on these approaches on supply chain. In this respect, current research was seeking that how ISMS had impact on supply chain performance in automotive industry and this was the innovative aspect of this paper. So first of all, after the review of the information security management system literature, supply chain performance was considered by the balanced scorecard approach then the most important factors of these two subjects was extracted by correlation analysis. In this way, it was considered that how ISMS had impact on supply chain performance by correlation analysis. The results showed that different dimensions of ISMS (information uniformity, prevent the human and machine mistake, information be accuracy, and rectitude and instruction for users) had impact on four dimensions of supply chain performance (customers, financial, internal processes and learning and growth) in three levels (strategic, technical, and operational) in supply chain. At the end, it was showed that ISMS lays the ground for increase supply chain performance.
