The Principle of “Truth” in the Quran and the Analysis of the Cases of Permissible Lying

اصل صداقت از ديدگاه آموزه‌هاي ديني جايگاهي بس فرازمند داشته از بسياري از ارزشهاي ديگر اهميت فزون‌تري دارد. عدم تبيين جايگاه آن در كنار برداشتهاي نااستوار از موارد مجاز كذب، از جمله علل كم‌توجهي به اين اصل در جامعه و موجه پنداشتن بسياري از دروغگوييها مي‌گردد. در اين نوشتار ابتدا به تبيين اصل صداقت و اهميت آن پرداخته شده و آنگاه با ارايه معيار صدق و كذب و تحليل آيات و روايات مربوط، موارد جواز كذب از نظر حكم و عدم تحقق كذب از نظر موضوع بررسي گرديده و پاره‌اي برداشتهاي نادرست به نقد كشيده شده است.

T he principle of truth has a high position in religious teachings and is more important than many other values. Not explaining of its position in addition to the unstable understanding of the cases of the permissible lying are some of the causes of the little attention to this principle in the society and thinking that many telling lies are permissible. At the beginning, this writing deals with the explaining of the principle of the truth and its importance and then considers the commandment and the subject of the cases of the permissible lie in accordance with criterion of the truth and the lie and analyzing the related verses and traditions. At the end, some misunderstandings have been criticized
