رابط‌كاربر در كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي تعامل بين كاربر و محيط اطلاعاتي را برعهده دارد و امكان دريافت بازخوردهاي لازم از اين طريق حاصل ميشود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارايه الگويي براي تعيين ميزان اهميت ويژگيهاي مطرح در رابط‌كاربر كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي ايران مبتني بر روش دلفي است. در همين رابطه و پس از مطالعه اوليه متون و منابع مرتبط و تهيه سياهه محقق‌ساخته با اعمال نظر پانل دلفي، 10 ويژگي و معيار اصلي (جستجو، انسجام، راهنمايي، راهبري، طراحي، تصحيح خطا، نمايش اطلاعات، كنترل كاربر، زبان رابط، و سادگي) شامل 114 ويژگي و مولفه فرعي براي تعيين اهميت آنها در طراحي رابط‌كاربر كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي ايران انتخاب شد. در مرحله بعد، براساس نمرات به‌دست‌آمده از پانل دلفي، ميزان اهميت هريك از ويژگي‌هاي فرعي در طراحي رابط‌كاربر كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي ايران مشخص گرديد. درنهايت، ويژگي كلي زبان رابط و تصحيح خطا به‌ترتيب حايز بالاترين و پايينترين امتياز شدند. هرچند اختلاف امتياز مربوط به ويژگيهاي كلي و فرعي فاصله زيادي ندارد، براساس نظر پانل دلفي به‌كارگيري آنها در طراحي رابط‌كاربر كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي ايران پيشنهاد ميشود. اميد است نتايج حاصل از يافتههاي پژوهش حاضر بتواند تصوير روشني از ويژگيهاي لازم در طراحي رابط‌كاربر كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي ايران ارايه و اهميت به‌كارگيري هريك از آنها را تعيين كند. از سوي ديگر، به‌عنوان ابزاري براي تشخيص ميزان توانمندي رابط‌كاربر كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتالي ايران از ديد صاحبنظران و استفاده‌كنندگان آنها باشد.

User interfaces in digital libraries are responsible for interaction among users and information environment and creation the feedback. Therefore, the aim of this study was offering a model to find of importance the characteristics of Iranian digital libraries user interface based of Delphi method. In relation, after study of the related literature and providing the researcher constructed checklist regarding the Delphi panel, ten key criteria (search, consistency, guidance, navigation, design, error correction, presentation, user control, interface language, and simplicity) included 114 features and sub-components were selected to find of importance of them in the design of Iranian digital libraries user interfaces. Then, based on obtained scores from the Delphi panel, importance of each sub-feature determined in the design of Iranian digital libraries user interfaces. Finally, the criteria of the interface language and error correction in sequence gained the highest and lowest score. Although the difference among of criteriaʹs and sub-components were low and according to the Delphi panel using them in the design of Iranian digital libraries user interface offered. It was hope that the results of this study could present needed features and their importance in designing in digital libraries user interface. On the other hand, it could be used as a tool for the determination of capabilities of Iran digital libraries user interfaces from experts and their userʹs opinion.
