ارتباطات گشوده آموزش عالي، ضرورت رويارويي با چالشهاي جهاني شوندگي؛ مطالعه موردي دانشگاههاي دولتي خوزستان

Open Communication in Higher Education, the Necessity of Facing Globalization Challenges: Case Study of Khuzestan Public Universities

شواهد نشان مي‌دهد كه ارتباطات و فناوري مربوط به آن تاثيري بسزا در توسعه و دگرگوني سازمانها و از جمله آموزش‌عالي داشته و تصوير تازه‌اي از سازمان در پيش چشم گشاده و سبب شكل‌گيري پديده جهاني شدن گرديده است. ارتباطات گشوده در اين مسير مي‌تواند متضمن ارتقاي كيفيت آموزش و پژوهش دانشگاهي باشد. از اين رو، بررسي ارتباطات سازماني جاري در ساختار كنوني آموزش‌عالي براي پي بردن به ميزان فاصله دانشگاههاي كشور با شرايط جهاني به منظور برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك در اين حوزه امري ضروري است. ارتباطات سازماني رگهاي حياتي سازمان به شمار مي‌روند كه نقش تبادل اطلاعات و تسهيل جريان امور سازمان را، چه در درون و چه در بيرون از سازمان، برعهده دارند. شكل و نقشه جريان ارتباطات سازماني در ساختار سازمان هويداست. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي ساختار ارتباطات سازماني در مراكز آموزش‌عالي دولتي خوزستان با توجه به فرايندهاي جهاني شدن بوده است. اين تحقيق با مدلسازي بر مبناي مدل دفت انجام شد. براي اين منظور، دانشگاههاي دولتي خوزستان شامل دانشگاههاي شهيد چمران اهواز، دانشگاه كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي رامين، دانشگاه علوم دريايي خرمشهر و مجتمع آموزش‌عالي فني و مهندسي جندي شاپور دزفول مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. روش پژوهش پيمايشي و كيفي بود و از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها استفاده شد. يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه ساختار سازماني دانشگاههاي دولتي خوزستان مكانيكي است و به سوي ساختار ارگانيك درحركت و درحال تقويت زيرساختهاي ارتباطي خود است.

The evidences show that communication and technology have made a great effect in developing and changing organizations as a whole, and higher education institutions in particular. It has depicted a new picture of organization and has facilitated the formation of globalization. The communication formulated through this channel would ensure fostering the quality of academic education and research. In order to fill out the gap toward globalization in strategic planning process, it is, therefore, essential to consider the current organizational communication within the present higher education structure. Organizational communication is the core of an organization and has the role of interchanging information, as well as facilitating executive affairs, be it internal or external. The form and plan of organizational communication can be viewed in its structure. The purpose of this research was to study the structure of the organizational communication in public higher education institutions of Khuzestan, a Province in the South of Iran, regarding the process of globalization. The conceptual framework of this research was based on Daft model of organization. The statistical population of the study included all public universities of Khuzestan Province, namely Shahid Chamran University, Ramin Agriculture & Natural Resources University, Khorramshahr Ocean Science University, and Jondi Shapur Engineering & Technology Institution of Higher Education. Survey as well as qualitative method was selected by use of questionnaire and interview. The findings show that Khuzestan Universities are bearing a mechanical model in their organizational structure at present and are movinging toward implementing an organic style.
