بررسي رابطه بين سرمايه اجتماعي و مشاركت در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي (مطالعه موردي: پرستاران بيمارستان‌هاي دولتي شهر يزد)

A Survey about the relationship between social capital and sportʹʹs activities in participation

مقدمه: پرستاران بخش بزرگي از شاغلين عرصه سلامت، در جامعه هستند و توجه به سلامت فردي آنان مساله مهمي است كه بايد به آن توجه شود. يكي از ابزارهاي مناسب براي دستيابي به سلامت فردي پرستاران، مشاركت در ورزش است كه لازمه رشد مشاركت شناخت عوامل موثر بر آن مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين ارتباط بين سرمايه اجتماعي با ميزان مشاركت در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي انجام شد. روش: اين پژوهش با روش پيمايشي و به صورت مقطعي انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را كليه پرستاران شاغل در بيمارستان‌هاي دولتي شهر يزد تشكيل مي‌دادند كه 144 نفر از آنان به صورت نمونه‌گيري تصادفي چند مرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سرمايه اجتماعي استفاده گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه به وسيله روش اعتبار محتوا، و براي پايايي آن از روش انسجام دروني ابزار، با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 78/0=? استفاده گرديد. بعد از جمع‌آوري، داده‌ها با استفاده از SPSS v.11.5 و آزمون‌هاي آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، آزمون تفاوت ميانگين، و رگرسيون سلسله مراتبي مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج اين بررسي رابطه معناداري (041/0=p) را بين سرمايه اجتماعي با ميزان مشاركت پرستاران در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي، نشان داد. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون سلسله مراتبي چندگانه نيز نشان داد، كه متغيرهاي لذت بردن از ورزش، كاهش وزن و مهارت در انجام حركات ورزشي در مرحله اول و سرمايه اجتماعي در مرحله دوم توانسته اند به ترتيب 4/14 و 9/4% از واريانس متغير تحت مطالعه را (مشاركت پرستاران را در فعاليت هاي ورزشي) تبيين كنند. نتيجه‌گيري: آزمون همبستگي پيرسون نشان داد كه بين سرمايه اجتماعي و ميزان مشاركت پرستاران در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. ولي سرمايه اجتماعي قادر به تبيين بخش زيادي از واريانس متغير تحت مطالعه نيست، در حالي كه ساير متغيرهاي منافع جسماني، رواني و اجتماعي قادر به تبيين سهم بيشتري از واريانس متغير تحت مطالعه بوده‌اند. لذا در اين زمينه بايد ساير متغيرها را مورد توجه قرار داد.

Introduction: Nurses are large portion of the practitioners in the field of health in society and attention to their personal health is an important issue that must be considered. One appropriate means to access individual health nurses is participation in sport activities that increase participation is requires understanding of factors affect. The purpose this studies was to reviews the role of social capital on nursesʹ participation in sport activities. Methods: This was a survey & cross sectional study that carried out to assess the relation between social capital and sports activities in participation in nurses drawn from hospitals affiliated to state of Yazd city. The study sample includes 144 nurses, which selected via cluster and then randomly sampling. A structured questionnaire of social capital was used to data collection. Reliability of questionnaire was determined by alpha-cronbach correlation method (?=0.78). All statistics were computed using SPSS software (version 11.5) with Pearson, t-test and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Showed that relation between social capital and nurses participation in sport activities was statistical meaningful (P=0.041). Also, the hierarchical multiple regression analysis results shown that variable enjoyment of exercise, weight loss and skill to perform the sporting movements in the first place and social capital in the second place explained 14.4 and 4.9 percent of variance under variable nurses participation in sport activities respectively. Conclusion: Pearson correlation test showed that between social capital and the rate of nurses participation in sporting activities there is a significant relationship. But social capital unable to explain many parts of the variance is not a variable under study. While other the phsio-psycho-social variables to be able to explain a larger part of the variance under study have been variable. Therefore, in this area should review other variables are influential.
