The Study of the Factors Related to the Teachers’ Productivity in Boukan City

پژوهش حاضر با تحقيق بر روي عوامل مرتبط بر ميــزان بهره وري معلمـــان شهرستان بوكان مي باشد، نوع تحقيق در اين مطالعه توصيفي است . لذا روش تحقيق حاضر از بين روش هاي توصيفي روش همبستگي است. جامعه آماري شامل 2111 نفر از معلمان شهرستان بوكان در سال تحصيلي 88-87 تشكيل مي دهند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 325 نفر به دست آمده است و با روش تصادفي طبقه اي انتخاب شده اند. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها و اطلاعات از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است كه در اين بررسي از تحليل عاملي جهت تعيين اعتبار پرسشنامه و ضريب آلفاي كرون باخ براي تعيين پايايي سوالات استفاده شد. عمده‌ترين نتايج به دست آمده به شرح زير مي‌باشد:ميزان بهره ‌وري معلمان به ميزان رضايت از شغل و همچنين ميزان امنيت شغلي آنها بستگي دارد.همچنين ميزان بهره‌وري معلمان براساس جنسيت آنها نيز متفاوت است، به طوري كه بهره‌وري زنان بالاتر از مردان است و از همبستگي استفاده شده در آزمون روابط متغيرها از تحليل آماري رگرسيون چندگانه استفاده شد كه به ترتيب رضايت شغلي و امنيت شغلي در ميزان بهره‌ وري معلمان موثر بوده است..

The present study investigates the degree of teachers’ productivity in Boukan city. It is a descriptive and co-relational study. The population of the study consists of 2111 teachers of the Boukan city in the academic year of 2008-2009. Applying the Cochran formula, the size of the sample was estimated which comprised 325 teachers who were chosen by random class method. In order to gather the required data, a researcher made questionnaire was used. To determine the validity of the tool, factor analysis was applied and the reliability of the instrument was examined by Cronbach Alpha. The findings showed that: the degree of teachersʹ efficiency depends on the degree of their job satisfaction and security; teachersʹ efficiency is different according to gender in a way that womenʹs efficiency is higher than men’s; and using the obtained correlation in examining the relations of variables, the statistical analysis of multilateral regression was also applied which showed that the teachersʹ job satisfaction security have been effective in teachersʹ efficiency.
