رابطه انگيزش شغلي مديران مدارس ابتدايي با سطح كارايي آنان در شهرهاي رودهن و دماوند

The Relationship between the Managers’ Job Motivation and Their Efficiency

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين ميزان رابطه انگيزه شغلي مديران مدارس ابتدايي با سطح كارايي آنان در شهرهاي رودهن و دماوند است. جامعه پژوهش شامل كليه مديران و معلمان مدارس ابتدايي شهرهاي رودهن و دماوند است كه در سال 1386 مشغول به خدمت بودند. روش پژوهش كاربردي از نوع ميداني و توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل550 نفر معلم و 85 نفر مدير بود، كه نمونه مورد نياز از طريق جدول مورگان براي معلمان 240 نفر و مديران 70 نفر تعيين گرديد. براي تامين حجم نمونه‌ها از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي استفاده شد. براي اندازه‌گيري متغيرهاي انگيزه و كارايي از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد كه ‌پرسشنامه انگيزه مديران شامل26 سوال و پرسشنامه كارايي شامل 47 سوال بود. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده در بخش توصيفي از توزيع فراواني، فراواني درصدي، ميانگين و انحراف معيار و نمودار داده‌ها و در بخش استنباطي براي بررسي فرضيه ها از آزمون همبستگي في(?) و آزمون t گروههاي مستقل استفاده شد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه بين انگيزه و كارايي مديران رابطه وجود دارد. در نتيجه ميزان ضريب همبستگي في (?)به دست آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه بين انگيزه و سطح كارايي مديران رابطه مستقيم و بالايي وجود دارد و 25/0 كارآيي به انگيزه شغلي آنها بستگي دارد. علاوه براين بين ميزان كارايي مديران زن و مرد و همچنين بين انگيزه شغلي مديران زن و مرد نيز تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد.

The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between the managers’ job motivation in elementary schools and their efficiency in the town of Roudehen and Damavand city. The design of the study was applied and is categorized as a field study and it was also descriptive and co-relational. The population of the study included all the teachers and managers of elementary schools in Roudehen and Damavand in the academic year of 2007-2008. The total number of teachers and managers was 550 and 85 respectively. The sample was chosen by the use of Moorgan Table, and it comprised about 240 teachers and 70 managers. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. Two questionnaires were administered to the research samples. One of them involved 26 questions in order to estimate the managers’ motivation and another included 47 questions to measure their efficiency. The gathered data were analyzed and the frequency distribution and the related graphs were prepared. The correlation and t-tests formulas were also applied to investigate the research hypothesis and obtain the inferential statistics. The statistical analysis applying correlation regarding the first hypothesis showed that there was direct high correlation between the managers’ motivation and their efficiency. According to the second hypothesis, there is a significant difference between men’s and womenʹs efficiency. And the result of the third hypothesis showed that there was a significant difference between menʹs and womenʹs motivation.
