تاثير مديريت دانش بر عملكرد پژوهشي دبيران دوره دبيرستان از ديدگاه مديران شهرستان سقز درسال تحصيلي 89-1388

The Effect of Knowledge on the High School Teachers’ Research Performance from the Managers’ Point of View in the Academic Year of 2009-2010 in Saqqez Town

مديريت دانش با تاكيد بر خلق ارزش ها، به اداره دانش و افزايش توانايي براي خلق دانش جديد و نوآوري پرداخته و اين نكته را مد نظر خود قرار مي دهد كه «بهترين عمل ديروز نمي‌تواند بهترين عمل امروز و فردا باشد». پژ‍‍وهش حاضر به بررسي تاثير مديريت دانش بر عملكرد پژ‍وهشي دبيران دوره دبيرستان از ديدگاه مديران شهر سقز پرداخته است.روش تحقيق ، توصيفي، از نوع زمينه يابي يا پس رويدادي است. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني بوده كه با استفاده از پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته پس از تاييد استادان راهنما، مشاور و متخصصان و تعيين مقدار پايايي در يك نمونه 30 تايي با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ (98%) اندازه گيري شد. نمونه مورد پژوهش شامل، 76 نفر از مديران مرد و زن دوره دبيرستان كه به دليل محدود بودن و در دسترس بودن جامعه آماري از روش سرشماري استفاده شد و ديد گاه آن ها نسبت به موضوع مورد پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. 1- در مورد سوال اول پژوهش كه مولفه هاي اصلي مديريت دانش كدام ها هستند؟ با توجه به مطالعات كتابخانه اي صورت گرفته و ادبيات و پيشينه پژوهش در ايران و جهان، مولفه هاي اصلي مديريت دانش در چهارعنوان شناسايي شدند كه عبارتند از الف) مولفه خلــق دانش، ب) مولفه ذخيره دانش، ج) مولفه انتقال دانش و د) مولفه كاربرد دانش. 2- در مورد سوال دوم پژوهش كه وضع موجود مديريت دانش در شهر سقزچگونه است؟ نتايج تحليل هاي آماري نشان داد كه وضع موجود مديريت دانش در شهر سقز در حد مطلوب و نرمال قرار دارد. 3- در مورد سوال سوم پژوهش كه وضع موجود عملكرد پژوهشي در شهر سقز چگونه است؟ نتايج تحليل هاي آماري نشان داد كه وضع موجود عملكرد پژوهشي در شهر سقز در حد مطلوب و نرمال قرار دارد. 4- در مورد سوال چهارم پژوهش كه آيا مديريت دانش بر عملكرد پژوهشي دبيران دوره متوسطه شهر سقز تاثير دارد؟ با استفاده از مدل آماري رگرسيون و جهت تعيين رابطه مديريت دانش با عملكرد پژوهشي دبيران از آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شد كه ضريب همبستگي به دست آمده 606% مي‌باشد. به عبارت ديگر، بين مديريت دانش و عملكرد پژوهشي دبيران رابطه مسقيم وجود دارد، به طوري كه با افزايش مديريت دانش عملكرد پژوهشي دبيران نيز افزايش مي يابد.

The management of knowledge, emphasizing on creation of values, manages the knowledge and increases the capability for developing knowledge as well as considering the point that “the best performance of yesterday is not necessarily of today and tomorrow”. This research investigated the effect of knowledge on the high school teachers’ research performance from the managers’ point of view in Saqqez town. The research method was descriptive, and the method of data gathering was library and field type. The research instrument included a researcher made questionnaire whose reliability was measured using Cronbach’s Alpha (98%) after a group of experts including the reader and advisor of the project had confirmed its validity. The research sample consisted of 76 high school managers of both genders. Because of the limited and available population, the counting method was applied and the managers’ views about the research subject were taken into consideration: 1) Regarding the first research question which asked the mangers about the main components of the management of knowledge, the obtained data showed the following four types considering the library research done in the field and the literature review in Iran and the world: A) the component of knowledge development, B) the component of knowledge saving, C) the component of knowledge transfer, and D) the component of knowledge transfer; 2) Regarding the second research question which asked the research subjects about the present condition of the management of knowledge in Saqqez town, the statistical analyses showed that the present condition of the management of knowledge in the Saqqez town is favorable and normal; 3) Regarding the third research question which asked the managers about the present condition of the research performance in Saqqez town, the results of the statistical analyses showed that the research performance in the town was favorable and normal; 4) Regarding the fourth research question which asked whether the management of knowledge affected the high school teachers’ research performance in Saqqez town, using the Regression model and determining the relationship between the management of knowledge and teachers’ research performance, applying the Pearson’s coefficient of correlation, the obtained correlation coefficient proved to be 0.61. In other words, there was a direct relationship between the management of knowledge and the teachers’ research performance.
