بررسي و مقايسه اثربخشي معلمان جذب شده از نهضت سواد آموزي و معلمان جذب شده از آموزش عالي و مراكز تربيت معلم در دوره ابتدايي

The Investigation and Comparison of the Teachers’ Efficiency Recruited from the Staff of Nehzat and Applicants Graduated from Higher Education as well as Teacher Training Centers for Elementary School

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي ميزان اثربخشي معلمان جذب شده از نهضت سواد آموزي در مقايسه با معلمان جذب شده از مراكز آموزش عالي و تربيت معلم به جهت شناخت نكات ضعف در تدريس و يادگيري و ارايه برنامه هاي لازم در جهت كار آموزي و بهبود شيوه هاي جذب معلمان در دوره ابتدايي مي باشد. اين پژوهش بر روي 197 نفر از معلمان دبستان هاي شهرستان ملكان به روش توصيفي انجام شده است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي دهد كه: ميزان آشنايي معلمان جذب شده از نهضت سواد‌آموزي در ملاك هاي اثربخشي: روش ها و مهارت هاي تدريس، اداره كلاس درس و هدايت يادگيرندگان (مديريت كلاس) نسبت به معلمان جذب شده از مراكز آموزش عالي و تربيت معلم در سطح خيلي پايين قرار دارند. اما بين هر دو گروه معلمان در ملاك هاي اثر بخشي، ايجاد جو عاطفي مثبت و نحوه ارزشيابي از آموخته هاي دانش آموزان تفاوت معني دار مشاهده نگرديد. با اين كه عملكرد هر دو گروه در ايجاد يادگيري و ايجاد جو عاطفي مثبت و نحوه ارزشيابي از آموخته هاي يادگيرندگان يكسان مي باشد؛ ولي در كل هر دو گروه در اين سه مهارت واجد عملكرد بالايي نيستند.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the teachers’ efficiency recruited from the staff of Nehzat organization and applicants graduated from higher education as well as teacher training centers in order to recognize the weaknesses of teaching and learning process and present the required programs for training and improving the procedures of recruiting the teachers of elementary schools. The research was descriptive and the research sample consisted of 197 teachers of elementary schools in the Malekan Town. The results of the study showed that the teachers who were already the Nehzat staffs were less familiar with the efficiency criteria, that is, the methods and skills of teaching, class management, and learners’ guidance than the teachers who graduated from higher education and teacher training centers. However, there was not meaningful difference between the two groups regarding the creation of positive and affective atmosphere, and the method of assessing the students’ achievements. In spite of the fact that both groups have been the similar in promoting students’ learning and creating a positive atmosphere as well as the method of evaluation; on the whole, both groups of subjects (teachers) have not enjoyed high performance.
