بررسي روش هاي تدريس استادان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در استان آذربايجان غربي

The Study of Teaching Methods of University Teachers in Islamic Azad University of the Province of West Azarbayjan

هدف اساسي اين تحقيق بررسي روش هاي تدريس استادان بر اساس ديدگاه دانشجويان و استادان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان آذربايجان غربي در سال تحصيلي 88-87 مي باشد. ابزار اندازه‌گيري پرسشنامه بوده كه بر مبناي تحقيقات علمي دانشگاه هاي ايران، تهيه و تدوين شده است. روايي صوري از طريق نظر سنجي از متخصصان بوده و پايايي آن نيز با انجام آزمون مجدد با همبستگي 77 درصد ارزيابي و تاييد گرديده است. در اين پژوهش 499 دانشجو و 30 نفر از هيات علمي به صورت تصادفي انتخاب گرديده و پرسشنامه ها به روش خود گزارش دهي توسط آنان تكميل شده است. جنبه هاي قدرت ارتباط، روش تدريس دانش پژوهي و شخصيت فردي به ترتيب مهم ترين جنبه هاي تدريس اثر بخش از ديدگاه دانشجويان است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه تعداد استادان روش‌هاي فعال تدريس بيشتر از استادان روش هاي غير فعال تدريس مي باشد. ميزان همبستگي بين فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي استادان با نوع روش هاي تدريس برابر با 87/0 درصد مي باشد. به عبارت ديگر، استادان روش‌هاي فعال داراي فعاليت هاي پژوهشي بيشتر از استادان روش هاي غير فعال مي باشند. ارتباط معني داري بين نوع روش تدريس استادان و استفاده از طرح درس مشاهده نگرديد. همچنين، استادان داراي روش هاي فعال به متغيرهايي مانند ايجاد روابط انساني، پذيرش انتقاد سازنده دانشجويان و پذيرش انتقاد سازنده دانشجويان توجه بيشتري دارند. اهميت يكسان براي آموزش و پژوهش، آموزش هيات علمي، تقويت تحصيلات تكميلي و استفاده از روش هاي ارزشيابي چندگانه به عنوان پيشنهادهاي اصلي اين پژوهش مي باشند.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the teaching methods of university teachers according to the students’ and teachers, views in Islamic Azad University in the province of West Azabayjan in the academic year of 2008-09. The research tool designed based on the previous studies was a questionnaire whose external validity was examined by collecting the experts’ ideas. In addition, the reliability of the tool was reexamined and the index of 0.77 was obtained. In this study, 499 students and 30 teachers were chosen randomly from different fields of study. The data showed that the main effective aspects of teaching, according to students are: relationship skills, research method, and individual personality. The results also showed that the number of teachers who apply active methods are more than those who apply passive ones. The correlation between teaching methods and research activities was 0.87. In other words, teachers who apply active methods do more research than the other group. There was not meaningful relationship between the method of teaching and the use of lesson plan. Moreover, the study revealed that teachers with active methods paid more attention to human relationship, and were more open to positive criticism. The results emphasizes on training the academic staff, strengthening post graduate education, and the use of multi evaluative methods.
