ميزان استقرار مديريت دانش در آموزش و پرورش منطقه مرند از ديدگاه مديران مدارس

The Degree of Existence of Knowledge Management in Education in Marand Zone from the School Managersʹʹʹʹ Point of View

هدف از اين پژوهش تعيين ميزان استقرار مولفه‌هاي مديريت دانش در آموزش و پرورش منطقه مرند است. روش تحقيق پيمايشي و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران مدارس ابتدايي، راهنمايي، و متوسطه منطقه مرند است كه 190 نفر به روش طبقه‌اي-تصادفي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. يافته‌ها نشان داد در بين مولفه‌هاي شش‌گانه مديريت دانش، «سياست ها و راهبردهاي مديريت دانش» بيشترين و «نظام پاداش و تشويق مديريت دانش» كمترين ميزان استقرار را داشته‌اند. ميانگين استقرار مديريت دانش 3/3 مي‌باشد. همچنين تفاوتي بين ديدگاه مديران بر اساس جنسيت، سن، سابقه خدمت، نوع مدرسه، و شهري و روستايي در خصوص ميزان استقرار مديريت دانش وجود نداشت. در حالي كه ميزان استقرار مديريت دانش از نظر مديران داراي مدرك تحصيلي ليسانس و بالاتر بيشتر بوده است.

The purpose of the present study is to determine the degree of existence of knowledge management in education in Marand zone form the school managersʹ point of view. The research method is survey type and the data gathering tool is a questionnaire. The population consisted of all the managers of elementary school, junior high school and high schools in the Marand zone. The research sample included 190 subjects selected through applying random-interval method. The findings showed that the most degree of existence among six components of knowledge management belongs to "politics and strategies of knowledge management" and the least is related to the two components of "the system of rewarding" and " the encouragement of knowledge management". The average existence of knowledge management is 3.3. In addition, there is no difference between the managersʹ point of view based on their gender, age, work experience, school type and urban or rural areas regarding the knowledge management. However, the managers who hold the degrees of B.A. and higher believe that there is a higher degree of knowledge management.
