The Effective Elements in Selection the Operational Scenes in 8 years of sacred Defense

انتخاب صحنه‌هاي عمليات در تمام جنگ ها، يكي ازمباحث بسيار مهم و اساسي براي همه فرماندهان و اعضاي ستاد آنها در سطوح مختلف به ويژه سطح مياني جنگ مي باشد . موقعي مي‌توان در انتخاب صحنه‌هاي فوق اطمينان كسب نمود كه بتوان براي آنها از شاخص ها و عوامل موثر و دقيقي استفاده نمود و اين مستلزم آن است كه عوامل يادشده به درستي مورد شناسايي و بررسي قرار گيرند. جنگ عراق عليه ايران نيز از اين امر مستثني نبوده و هر يك از طرفين براي اجراي عملياتهاي آفندي و پدافندي خود صحنه‌هاي عملياتي خشكي (جنوب غرب، غرب و شمال غرب) و دريايي (شمال خليج فارس) كه متنوع و متعدد بوده است را متناسب با شرايط و توان مندي هاي نظامي، سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، جغرافياي نظامي و همچنين با استفاده از شاخص ها و زير عوامل مشخص نموده‌اند. بنابراين هدف از اين تحقيق دستيابي به عوامل موثر در انتخاب صحنه‌هاي عمليات در طول هشت سال دفاع مقدس بوده است. براي اين منظور محقق به مطالعه صحنه‌هاي عمليات در جنگ هاي گذشته، شناخت محيط ژيوپولتيكي، تشريح جنگ تحميلي عراق عليه ايران و عوامل موثري كه در هريك از اين جنگ ها وجود داشته است پرداخته، سپس براي غني بخشيدن و تكميل اطلاعات خود با استفاده از روش-هاي كتابخانه اي، اطلاعات لازم را گردآوري نموده است. نتايج تحقيق يادشده نشانگر اين است كه عوامل اصلي دردوران هشت سال دفاع مقدس به ترتيب اولويت شامل عوامل اجتماعي و فرهنگي، نظامي، اقتصادي، سياسي و جغرافياي نظامي مي‌باشد.

Selection the operations scenes in all wars, is one of the most significant and basic issues for all commanders and their staff members in various levels specially mid level of war. Being confident in selection of said scenes is possible when effective and precise indices and factors are used for them and this needs this point that said elements be identified and reviewed well. The Iran-Iraq war is not excluded in this regard and each side had determined dry operational scenes for implementing its offensive and defensive operations (in southwest, west and North west) plus various and diversified maritime operational scenes (North of Persian Gulf) in accordance with military, political, economic, social, cultural and military geography conditions and capabilities and by using indices and sub elements. So, the aim of this research is achieving the effective elements in selecting the operation scenes during eight years of sacred defense. For this purpose, the researcher by using the operation scenes in past wars, and understanding geopolitical environment and explaining Iran-Iraq war, has identified and formulated the effective elements in each of these wars. Then for enriching and completing the information, the necessary information have been gathered through library methodology. The results of research indicate that main factors during 8 years of sacred defense in terms of their priority are: social, cultural, military, economic, political and military geography elements
