An Inscription from Elam

سنگ نوشته ي ايلامي چكيده: تمدن ايلام يكي از كهن ترين تمدن هاي بشري به شمار مي رود. اين تمدن درخشان هنوز آن چنانكه بايد شناخته نشده و تلاشهاي باستان شناسان و مورخين در جهت شناسايي هرچه بيشتر آن ادامه دارد. در اين ميان كمبود منابع مكتوب برجاي مانده از اين تمدن، تاثير بسزايي در اين ناشناختگي دارد و كشف هر كتيبه يا اثر مكتوبي مي تواند نوري بر تاريخ تمدن ايلام باشد. در طي بررسي هاي سال 51-1350 در دشت خوزستان، منطقه دزفول و هفت تپه، سنگ نوشته اي در تپه اي موسوم به "پمپ" كشف گرديد كه حاوي اطلاعات و جزييات مهمي از تاريخ تمدن ايلام مي باشد. مقاله حاضر به چگونگي كشف اين اثر و معرفي و ترجمه آن خواهد پرداخت.

Elam is one of the oldest civilizations of mankind. This magnificent civilization is not yet known the way is should have been and efforts of many archeologists and historians are needed to further the knowledge of it. The limited existing and written documents about the civilization have extensively contributed to our lack of knowledge and discovery of each inscription or any written document can shed light to our knowledge of Elamite history. During the 1971-72 survey in Khuzestan plain, Dezful and Haft Tape region, an inscription was found in a mound called "Pomp". This discovery revealed important & detailed information about Elamite civilization.
