بررسي رابطه بين سبك رهبري مديران ارشد مناطق آموزشي شهر تهران و روحيه مديران مدارس راهنمايي دخترانه دولتي

Relationship between the Senior Managersʹʹ Leadership Style and the Guidance School Managersʹʹ Morale in Education Districts of Tehran City

هدف اساسي اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه سبك رهبري مديران ارشد مناطق آموزشي شهر تهران با روحيه مديران مدارس راهنمايي دخترانه دولتي مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را تمامي مديران مدارس راهنمايي دخترانه دولتي مناطق 19 گانه شهر تهران كه در سال تحصيلي 89-88 در نوبت روزانه فعاليت داشتند ، تشكيل داده است. كه از ميان آنان 94 نفر مدير به عنوان نمونه به روش طبقه اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. ابزار سنجش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روحيه سنج شامل 34 سوال و پرسشنامه سبك سنج شامل 16 سوال بوده است كه در مقياس پنج درجه اي ليكرت روي مديران اجرا شد. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق توجه به مفاهيم هر متغير در طرح سوالات و نيز توسط صاحبنظران و اساتيد راهنما و مشاور سنجيده شد. همچنين براي تعيين ضريب پايايي ابتدا پيش آزموني انجام گرفت كه طي آن 35 نفر از مديران مدارس به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و پايايي پرسشنامه به روش دو نيمه كردن (زوج و فرد) از فرمول اسپيرمن- براون، براي مولفه هاي پرسشنامه در خصوص سوالات سبك رهبري 88/0 و در خصوص سوالات روحيه 92/0 به دست آمد و مورد قبول واقع گرديد. نتايج ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون نشان داد كه: 1- بين سبك رهبري مديران ارشد مناطق آموزشي و روحيه مديران مدارس با اطمينان 99% رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.2- روحيه مديران مدارس در سبك رهبري پويــا بالاست. 3- روحيه مديران مدارس در سبك رهبري تفويض كننده پاييـــن است. 4- روحيه مديران مدارسي كه رهبران رابطه مداردارند? بالا است.5-روحيه مديران مدارسي كه رهبران وظيفه مداردارند، بالا است.

The basic aim of research was examining the relationship between the managers leadership style and the guidance school managersʹ morale in education Districts of Tehran city. The morale of school districts in Tehran girls public schools affiliated managers them. Statistical population of the study includes all the girlsʹ guidance school managers in the morning shift in the school year of 88-89 in 19 Education Districts of Tehran city. The research sample consists of 94 managers randomly chosen from the given population. The research tools were two questionnaires including a researcher made 34-item tool in order to gauge the subjectsʹ mood and a questionnaire with 16 items to study the leadership style. The tools were Likert type including items with five options to be chosen by the subjects. The content validity of the tools was confirmed by a group of experts in the related field. In order to determine the reliability index of the tools, a pretest was conducted in which 35 managers participated. The obtained reliability index for the two tools were 88% and 92% respectively. The results of administration of the tools and applying Pearson Correlation and Regression are as follows: 1) there in a significant relationship between the leadership style of senior managers and guidance school managers; 2) the morale of the guidance school managers is high in a dynamic leadership style; 3) the morale of the guidance school managers is low in a devolved leadership style; 4) the morale of the guidance school managers is high in a relation-oriented leadership style; 5) the morale of the guidance school managers is high in a task-oriented leadership style.
