The Study of Resources Needed to Strengthen the Role of the University in National Innovation System from the Professors’ Viewpoints in Semnan University

هدف پژوهش حاضر «بررسي امكانات مورد نياز جهت تقويت نقش دانشگاه در نظام ملي نوآوري از ديدگاه استادان دانشگاه سمنان» بود. دانشگاه در ارتباط با ديگراجزاي نظام ملي نوآوري يعني صنعت و دولت به اين امكانات نيازمند است: 1- سياست گذاري كلان دولت 2- فرهنگي 3- اقتصادي 4- فناوري 5- علمي. با استفاده از ادبيات پيشين پرسش نامه محقق ساخته اي به اجرا درآمد. اين تحقيق توصيفي و جامعه آماري آن، در سال1390 با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي با حجم نمونه 145 نفـر از جامعه اي به حجم 231 نفر از اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه سمنان به اجرا گذاشته شد. اطلاعات گرد آوري شده با استفاده از آزمـــون T تك نمونه اي تحليــل و در خصــوص اولويــت امكانــات به اين ترتيــب شد: 1- اقتصادي 2- فناوري 3- علمي 4- سياست‌گذاري كلان دولت 5- فرهنگي

The purpose of the present research was the study of the resources needed to strengthen the role of the university in National Innovation System from the professors’ viewpoints in Semnan University. A university in association with other components of National Innovation System, i.e., industry and government needs resources such as: Government’s big policy-making, cultural, economic, technological, and scientific resources. Using the literature review, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather the data descriptively in 2011 among 231 faculty members of Semnan University of whom 145 subjects were randomly selected as resrch sample. The collected data were analyzed by using T-test statistical procedure. Based on the resources priorities, the options were: 1- economic 2- technological 3- scientific 4 – government’ big policy-making, and 5- cultural.
