ارزشيابي اساتيد باليني بيمارستان شهيد فقيهي شيراز بر اساس مدل شناختي استاد- شاگردي در دي‌ماه 1389

Evaluating the Clinical Faculty Members of Shahid Faghighi Hospital, Shiraz, Based on the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model in January 2011

مقدمه: مهمترين رسالت دانشگاه‌ها آموزش و تربيت دانشجوياني مي‌باشد كه متخصصان و مديران آينده كشور را تشكيل مي‌دهند. از اين رو ارتقا سطح آموزشي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي منجر به ايجاد نيروي كار موثر و مورد نياز جامعه و در نتيجه ارتقا سطح سلامت جامعه مي‌شود. اين ارتقا و پيشرفت حاصل نمي‌گردد مگر در سايه بازخوردهاي كارا، بازنگري‌هاي مداوم و رفع كاستي‌ها. در اين راستا بر آن شديم تا تمامي اساتيد مشغول به تدريس در كليه بخش‌هاي آموزشي بيمارستان شهيد فقيهي شيراز در ديماه 1389 را بر اساس مدل استاد– شاگردي شناختي مورد ارزيابي قرار دهيم و با ارايه بازخورد به اساتيد باليني، گامي در جهت بهبود سيستم آموزشي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شيراز برداريم. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين تحقيق تحليلي توصيفي، اساتيد مشغول به تحصيل در بخش‌هاي داخلي، جراحي، زنان، پوست، اورولوژي، قلب و نورولوژي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. در تحقيق انجام شده از پرسشنامه‌اي روا استفاده گرديد و شش متغير الگوبودن، مربي بودن، بازانديشي، چهارچوب‌بندي، بيان، اكتشافي و خصوصيات كلي محيط آموزشي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده توسط نرم‌افزار كامپيوتري SPSS16 تحليل شد. نتايج: از ديد دانشجويان مهمترين ويژگي استادي كه بيشترين نمره آموزشي را كسب كردند عبارتند از ويژگي اكتشافي، چهارچوب‌بندي، مربي بودن. همچنين دانشجويان در اين تحقيق اظهار داشتند كه اكثريت بخش‌هاي مورد ارزيابي از نظر ايجاد انگيزه در دانشجويان نياز به تقويت دارند. نتيجه‌گيري: ارزيابي و بازخورد يكي از كارآمدترين روش‌ها براي پيشرفت سـيستم‌هاي آموزشي اسـت. با بكارگيري سيستم‌هاي ارزيابي مناسب مي‌توان در جهت بهبود آموزش در دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي گام برداشت.

Background: One of the main responsibilities of universities is to train students who will be the experts and managers of the future. Therefore, improving the educational level of medical science universities will lead to the creation of an effective work force needed for the society, and eventually lead to the improvement of public health throughout the society. This improvement and development will not be reached unless effective feedback is received and the shortcomings are resolved. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate all faculty members teaching at the educational wards of Shahid Faghihi Hospital, Shiraz, in January 2011 based on the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model and present applicable feedback to clinical professors in order to enhance the educational system of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Material & Methods: In this study, the faculty members teaching at the internal, surgical, gynecological wards, as well as the wards of dermatology, urology, cardiology, and neurology. We used a valid questionnaire and evaluated six variables: modeling, coaching, reflection, scaffolding, articulation, exploration, and the general characteristics of the educational environment. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, version 16. Results: In the studentsʹ viewpoint, the most important characteristics of a professor who obtained the highest educational score were exploration, scaffolding, and coaching. Also, most students expressed that most of the evaluated wards needed to improve in motivating the students. Conclusion: Evaluation and feedback is one of the most effective methods for improving educational systems. By using suitable evaluation systems we can improve the educational system in medical science universities.
