Simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide in Triamterene-H tablets using continuous wavelet transformation

آناليز طيف نور سنجي هم زمان تريامترن و هيدروكلروتيازيد با روش تبديل موجك پيوسته در قرص تريامترن- اچ

يك روش طيف نور سنجي براي آناليز هم زمان تريامترن و هيدروكلروتيازيد با استفاده از تبديل موجك پيوسته بدون مرحله زمان بر جداسازي استفاده شده است. خانواده هاي موجك متفاوت آزمايش شدند و موجك coif1 و rbio2.8 جهت ايجاد طيف هاي تبديل موجك مطلوب انتخاب شدند . روش مورد نظر با آناليز كمي محلول هاي سنتزي با نسبت متفاوت از هر دو آناليت معتبر سازي شد. تريامترن و هيدروكلروتيازيد به طور هم زمان در ناحيه خطي 0/5-75/0 و 0/6-0/1 ميكروگرم بر ميلي ليتر به ترتيب قابل اندازه گيري هستند، هم چنين حد تشخيص تريامترن و هيدروكلروتيازيد به ترتيب كمتر از07/1 و 89/0 ميكروگرم بر ميلي ليتر است. داده هاي حاصل از آناليز با روش تبديل موجك پيوسته باداده هاي آناليز با روش طيف نور سنجي مشتقي مقايسه شد و نتيجه هاي رضايت بخشي به دست آمد.

A spectrophotometric method for simultaneous analysis of triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide is proposed by application of continuous wavelet transform on the spectral data without time-consuming extraction step. Different wavelets families were tested and Coiflets wavelet family (coif1) and Reverse birothogonal wavelets family (rbio 2.8) were selected and applied under the optimal conditions for simultaneous analysis. The validation of the developed methods was confirmed by analyzing various synthetic mixtures of the investigated drugs. Triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide could be determined simultaneously in the range of 0.75-5.0 ?g ml-1 and 1.0– 6.0 ?g.ml-1 respectively and LOD for triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide was less than 1.07 ?g.ml-1 and 0.89 ?g.ml-1 respectively. The experimental results obtained from the continuous wavelet transform approach were statistically compared with those obtained by derivative spectrophotometry and successful results were reported.
