ICT Based Education in Japan

در قلمرو آموزش و پرورش تطبيقي مسايل و موضوعاتي مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرند كه مهمترين موضوعات و مسايل مطرح شده شامل: مسايل مربوط به ويژگيهاي يك نظام آموزشي، مسايل مربوط به اقتصاد آموزش و پرورش، مسايل مربوط به آموزش و پرورش و جامعه، مسايل مربوط به ارتباط بين مذهب و آموزش و پرورش و مسايل مربوط به سياست و حكومت در ارتباط با آموزش و پرورش مي باشند. نظام آموزش و پرورش ژاپن سيستمي متمركز است كه از قبل از دبستان تا آموزش عالي را در بر مي‌گيرد به همين دليل و با توجه به مطالب فوق در اين مقاله جهت شناخت اين نظام ابتدا تاريخ تحول آموزش و پرورش ژاپن بررسي مي‌گردد، آنگاه ساختار اداري ژاپن براي درك جايگاه آموزش عالي و آموزش از راه دور مرور مي‌شود. سپس به بررسي تاريخچه آموزش از راه دور در ژاپن پرداخته شده و انواع آموزش از راه دور در نظام ژاپن بررسي مي‌شود. در پايان با توجه به آمار سال 2006 وضعيت فعلي آموزش مكاتبه‌اي و آموزش الكترونيكي مورد مقايسه قرار مي‌گيرد.

There are some issues examined and discussed in the area of comparative education, most important of which include relevant matters to features of an educational system, economy of general education, education and society, the relationship between religion and education, and also questions concerning the government and policy in relation to education. Japan education system is a centralized one that encompasses preschool up to higher education. Therefore, regarding the above mentioned subjects, the present article has reviewed first the history of evolution in Japan education to provide an understanding of such system, then the administrative structure of Japan for realizing the position of higher education and ICT based learning, and next a short history of ICT based education in Japan and its types in this system. Finally, a current situation of correspondence education and E-learning are compared regarding statistics in 2006.
