بررسي نحوه گذران اوقات فراغت استادان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد شهركرد و دانشگاه دولتي شهركرد

A Study of the way Spending Leisure Time of University Instructors of Islamic Azad & State University of Shahrekord

در پژوهش حاضر، نحوه گذران اوقات فراغت استادان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي و دانشگاه دولتي شهركرد براساس پنج حيطه امور ورزشي‌ـ تفريحي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، آموزشي و خانوادگي بررسي ‌شد. روش پژوهش توصيفي‌ـ پيمايشي است و براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش 3 دانشكده از دانشگاه دولتي شهركرد به روش تصادفي‌ـ خوشه‌اي انتخاب شدند، كه به دليل توان مقايسه، در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد شهركرد نيز همين 3 دانشكده انتخاب گرديد. به علت محدود بودن نمونه آماري كل استادان تمام‌وقت 6 دانشكده كه 220 نفر بودند انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گيري در پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته شامل 26 سوال بسته‌پاسخ بود. به‌منظور سنجش روايي پرسشنامه از روايي محتوايي استفاده شد و پايايي آن از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 87/0 محاسبه گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با آزمون t تك متغيره، تحليل واريانس، آزمون شفه و آزمون t مستقل صورت گرفت. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه ساعت گذران اوقات فراغت در هر دو دانشگاه آزاد و دولتي در حيطه ورزشي ـ تفريحي كمتر از سطح متوسط بوده است. ساعت‌ گذران اوقات فراغت در حيطه فرهنگي در دانشگاه آزاد كمتر از سطح متوسط و در دانشگاه دولتي بيش از سطح متوسط بود. ساعت گذران اوقات در حيطه اقتصادي در هر دو دانشگاه آزاد و دولتي كمتر از سطح متوسط بوده است. در حالي كه گذران اوقات فراغت در دانشگاه آزاد و دولتي در حيطه آموزشي و خانوادگي بيش از سطح متوسط بود. در دانشگاه آزاد ميزان فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي ـ تفريحي و خانوادگي استادان زن بيشتر از استادان مرد بود و در دانشگاه دولتي برحسب جنسيت تفاوت معنادار نبود. برحسب وضعيت تاهل در دانشگاه آزاد تفاوت معنادار نبوده است، اما در دانشگاه دولتي ميزان فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي استادان متاهل بيشتر از استادان مجرد بوده است. ميزان گذران اوقات فراغت استادان دانشگاه آزاد و دولتي با مدرك فوق‌ليسانس به ترتيب در حيطه اقتصادي و ورزشي ـ تفريحي بيشتر از دكترا بود؛ ولي برحسب نوع دانشكده در هر دو دانشگاه تفاوت معنادار نبود. همچنين در دانشگاه آزاد براساس سابقه خدمت در حيطه اقتصادي، آموزشي و خانوادگي تفاوت معناداري بود، در حالي‌كه در دانشگاه دولتي برحسب سابقه خدمت تفاوت معنادار نبوده است.

In present research was studying how instructors at State University and Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord spend their leisure time in terms of cultural, economic, educational, sporting-recreational and family activities. The method of research was descriptive survey. To obtain the objectives of the study, three faculties at State University and Azad University of Shahrekord were selected based on cluster random sampling. Due to the smallness of the sample, the participants in the study were all 220 full-time faculty members at these six faculties. The instrument of the study was a researcher-made questionnaire with 26 close-ended questions. Content validity was employed to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire and cronbach’s AlPha coefficient its reliability was found 0.87. The process of data analysis included the utilization of the t-test, the Scheffe test, the ANOVA and the independent t-test. The result showed that the spent leisure time in terms of sporting-recreational activities were less then average at both universities. In terms of cultural activities, instructors at Azad University spent less than average leisure time but at State University it was more then average. From economic point of view the leisure time was less than average for both university while in terms of educational and family activities both universities showed a level higher than the average. At Azad University, female instructors showed higher level of activities with regard to sporting recreational and family issues than male instructors but at State University the difference was not significant. At State University the amount of cultural activities of marrie instructors were more than those of ummarried while at Azad University the difference was not significant.It was also found that the amount of leisure time of the university instructors at both universities were more for those with master degrees than phDs but this difference among the different faculties was not significant. At Azad University, the difference in terms of economic, educational and family activities, based on the experience of the instructos, was significant while the State University didnʹt show any significant difference.
