The Role and Responsibilities of Traffic Police with Regards to Citizenship Rights of Drivers

امروزه رانندگان به‌عنوان صنفي از جامعه داراي حقوقي هستند كه لازم است حقوق شهروندي آنها توسط پليس راهور رعايت شود كه در اين تحقيق به وظايف و تكاليف پليس راهور به‌عنوان مسيول برقراري نظم و امنيت در حوزه حمل و نقل پرداخته شده است. تحقيق حاضر به روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي و ابزار تحقيق كتب، مقالات، پايان‌نامه‌ها و سايت‌هاي اينترنتي در حوزه مورد مطالعه بوده است كه محققان با استفاده از آنها ضمن توصيف وضع موجود به تكاليف و ويژگي‌هاي اخلاقي و رفتاري پليس راهور در حوزه حقوق شهروندي پرداخته است.نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه احصا حقوق شهروندي رانندگان و تبيين تكاليف پليس بر رعايت اين حقوق و تعامل مطلوب با اين قشر از جامعه از جمله عوامل موثر بر حفظ حقوق شهروندي و ايجاد رفتار و اخلاق مطلوب پليس راهور در حفظ و رعايت حقوق شهروندي رانندگان است.

Nowadays there is a considerable increase in the production of different kinds of vehicle, and a development of the public transportation network, meaning that travel is an important academic. With regards to travel, drivers as a social group have certain citizenship rights that the traffic police should respect and uphold. In this survey, the authors have attempted quantify the duties and responsibilities of the traffic police in terms of order and security in the field of transportation. This is a documentary survey, and the instruments of information gathering are reference books, essays, theses and internet references in the field of study. By using these resources, the researchers have attempted to explain the real life situation and expected behaviors of the traffic police when dealing with the citizenship rights of drivers. The results show that quantifying the citizenship rights of drivers in conjunction with examining the responsibilities of traffic police with respect to citizenship rights leads to the conclusion that cooperation between these two groups is among the most effective factors.
