مقدمه و هدف: دانش آموختگان پرستاري نيز يكي از گروههاي كادر درماني هستند كه در خدمت به تامين سلامت جامعه داراي اهميت بوده و رضايتمندي دانش آموختگان آن در دستيابي به اهداف استراتژيك اين رشته داراي اهميت است ، بنابراين هدف اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي دانش آموختگان كارشناسي پرستاري دانشكده پرستاري بروجن ، از رشته تحصيلي خود طي سالهاي 1384-1374 بوده است. روش كار: در اين مطالعه مقطعي و توصيفي ـ تحليلي ، نمونه گيري به روش سرشماري انجام شد و تمامي 166نفر فارغ التحصيلان ده دوره كارشناسي پرستاري دانشكده پرستاري بروجن ( مشتمل بر 108 نفر زن و 58 نفر مرد ) بررسي شدند . ابزار گرد آوري داده ها پرسشنامه خود ساخته و تاييد شده اي بود كه حاوي مشخصات دموگرافيك و ساير سوالات مبتني بر اهداف تحقيق بوده است . داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 5/11 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج: اين بررسي نشان داد، 28/ 69 درصد از افراد مورد مطالعه با وجوداعلام سختي رشته و شغل پرستاري ، از اين حرفه را ضي و72/30 درصد ناراضي بوده ا ند و دراين مورد بين نظر خانمها و آقايان اختلاف آماري معني داري مشاهده نشد (949/0= P ). همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه ، 87/66 درصد از افراد باوجود اعلام متوسط بودن حقوق دريافتي، از درآمد شغل پرستاري راضي و 13/33 درصد ناراضي بوده اند و در اين مورد نيز اختلاف آماري معني داري بين نظر آقايان و خانمها مشاهده نگرديد (266/0=P) . دربررسي اعلام نظر افراد نسبت به سختي شغل پرستاري ، مشخص شد كه خانمها نسبت به آقايان شغل پرستاري را سخت تر اعلام كرده اند(001/0 P < ). نتيجه نهايي: اكثريت افراد مورد مطالعه با وجود درآمد متوسط ومشكلات كاري و حرفه اي ، از اين شغل و حرفه پرستاري راضي بوده اند، كه اين موضوع ميتواند نشان دهنده علاقمندي آنها به كار تيمي و خدمت به سلامت جامعه باشد.

Introduction & Objective: The nursing graduates like the other groups of medical and health graduates , are under society healh servicing , so the satisfaction of nursing students and graduates is important . Therefore, the aime of this research was study of the satisfaction of Borujen nursing faculty graduates about nursing course , nursing job, its income and also study of their viowpoint about nursing job difficulties. Materials & Methods: This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study. Sampling was done by census method and all of the 166(108 women and 58 men) nursing graduates of this faculty, based on the research purposes, were surveyed. The data were gathered by a self-administrated and confirmed questionnaire consisting of the questions about demographic characteristics of the graduates and the other research aims ,and then were analyzed. Results: In this study, 69.28% of all the graduates in spite of declaration the nursing difficulties were satisfied of this course and job and 30.72 % were unsatisfied (P=0.949). Also , about the nursing job income, 66.87% of respondents were satisfied , and 33.13% were unsatisfied(P=0.949). Statistical analysis did not show significant difference between viewpoints of the male and female graduates about two above items. The analysis of data about the nursing course and job difficulties, showed that , the viewpoint of 89.16% of the respondents about this item were hard , but females(by 95.37%) opposite of the males (by 77.59%0) , declared that nursing course and job were harder, and statistical analysis showed significant difference between them(P < 0.001). Conclusion: Although the majority of nursing graduates, particularly the females, declared that nursing were hard , but they were satisfied of their job, them interested to their, team-work and giving service to the health of society.
