Qualitative assessment of the urban green space and parks role and the optimization for citizens use capabilities in Shahrekord city

امروزه مفهوم شهرها بدون فضاي سبز در اشكال گوناگون آن، غيرقابل‌تصور است‌.گسترش شهرها باعث تشديد عوارض توسعه شهري بي‌رويه و ناپايدار شده است، كه تشديد آلودگي‌هاي محيطي از مهم‌ترين اين عوارض ‌به‌شمار مي‌آيدكه خود زمينه‌ساز از بين رفتن فضاهاي سبز درون‌شهري و تغيير كاربري اين‌گونه اراضي‌است.اين گسترش فناوري‌آنچنان در روان واحساس بشر قرن بيست‌ويكمي آثار نامطلوب گذاشته كه همبستگي ذاتي و ديرينه انسان‌ها با طبيعت به‌جدايي كشيده‌شده وآثار آن در انسان‌ خموده، عصبي و به‌ظاهر متحرك نمايان شده است ويگانه‌و‌جه پيونددهنده بين انسان و طبيعت، پناه‌بردن انسان به دامان فضاهاي سبز عمومي و پارك‌هاي شهري است‌.اهميت فضاهاي سبز شهري تا بدان حد است كه امروزه وجود اين كاربري به عنوان يكي ازشاخص‌هاي توسعه‌يافتگي جوامع به‌حساب مي‌آيد.هدف اين تحقيق ارزيابي كيفي نقش پارك‌ها و فضاهاي سبز شهري و بهينه‌سازي قابليت‌هاي استفاده شهروندان از آن در شهركرد است‌كه به صورت موردي پارك لاله و ملت در اين شهر مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد.روش انجام تحقيق به صورت اسنادي -تحليلي و پيمايشي است‌و بخش اعظم اطلاعات به‌صورت توزيع پرسشنامه بين مراجعان به پارك اخذ شده و تحليل نهايي برروي آن صورت گرفته است.يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهند كه پارك‌ها و فضاهاي سبز شهري از مهم‌ترين عوامل موثر در شكل‌دهي به پايداري اجتماعي و همبستگي‌هاي شهري‌اند ولي عواملي مانند مشكلات زندگي شهري، ايمني پارك و فضاهاي سبز، امنيت و متناسب نبودن امكانات مورد نياز براي گروه‌هاي مختلف سني و جنسي دراين مكان‌ها از جمله عوامل كاهش تمايل شهروندان براي استفاده از اين عرصه‌ها مي‌باشند.

Todays we cannot imagine cities without green space in different kinds Development of the cities cause to intensify unusual and unstable problem of urban development which environmental pollution is one of the most important problems and it will cause destroying the green space of the cities and changing the usage of these lands. Development of technology has such a bad effect on the 21st humanʹs feeling and emotions and separates him from nature and turns them to tired and nervous people who seem moving. The only relationship between human and nature is when they go to the parks and public gardens. Urban public gardens are too important so that today they are one of the development Indexes. The aim of this research is qualitative accessing of available position green land use (parks and urban public space) in Shahrekord city to make the urban sustainability development from this aspect that analyzed Melat and Lale Park in classical way. It was gathered mainly of data by distribution of questionnaire way between park goner and methods of this are documentary, analytical and measurement methods and required analysis have been done about it. This research achievements indicates that green spaces usually are as main elements in forming to socials sustainability and urban correlation but the factors example cityʹs difficulty, green spaces and park security, unsafety and unproportionally of necessity needs for sexual and age different groups in this places are as mainly effected factor in reduction of citizen dizzier in use of this places
