بررسي نقش اعمال نمره‌هاي منفي دركاهش تخلفات و حوادث رانندگي

A review of the role of negative scores in reducing traffic violations and accidents

اين پژوهش تحت عنوان تعيين نقش اعمال نمره‌هاي منفي در كاهش تخلفات و حوادث رانندگي در هشت‌ماهه نخست سال 90 انجام شده است. هدف اين مطالعه اين است كه با استفاده از آمار و اطلاعات به‌دست آمده از پليس راهور و پزشكي قانوني كشور، تاثير نمره‌هاي منفي در كاهش تخلفات و حوادث رانندگي بررسي شود. براي اين منظور، جامعه آماري در نظر گرفته شده، تعداد كل تصادفات اعم از فوتي، جرحي، خسارتي و تعداد نمرات منفي ثبت‌شده در كشور براي هر كدام از تخلفات حادثه‌ساز هشت‌ماهه اول سال1390 و آمار تخلفات نمونه مشابه سال 1389 به استناد از سازمان پزشكي قانوني و پليس راهور كشور است. روش مطالعه آن توصيفي تحليلي براساس اسناد و مدارك موجود است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه در سال 90 تعداد 18596فقره كاهش تصادفات يعني معادل 18درصد كاهش نسبت به مشابه سال قبل داشته است و هم‌چنين در هشت‌ماهه نخست 1389 تعداد كل تصادفات در كشور 17098نفر فوت كرده‌اند. كه در مقايسه با نمونه مشابه آن در سال 1390 اين تعداد به 14865نفر كاهش پيدا كرد؛ يعني معادل 13% كاهش تعداد مرگ و مير ناشي از حوادث جاده‌اي بوده است.

This research study is based on an investigation into traffic violations and accidents, and was carried out in the first eight months of [Western Date]. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of negative scores on the reduction of traffic violations and traffic accidents by using data from the police and also forensic statistics and information. To this end, the statistical population considered in this study includes individuals involved in the total number of accidents, whether they are deceased, traumatized or injured. Data used includes the number of recorded negative scores for each of the first eight months of [Western Date] and similar access violations in [Date] 1389 according to the coroner and traffic police. The statistical technique that was used in this research study is a comparison and combination method. After analysis, evaluation and comparison of the statistical results related to the research, it is concluded that in [Date] 1390, in which there were 18,596 accidents, there is exhibited an 18% decrease compared to the previous year. In addition, in the first eight months of [Date] 1389, the total number of accidents that occurred resulted in the deaths of 17,098 people, which when compared with a similar sample in 1390 shows a 13% reduction as compared with 14,865 deaths in serious accidents on roads.
