تاثير آموزش خانواده دركاهش مشكلات رفتاري كودكان مبتلا به اختلال كمبود توجه و بيش فعالي (ADHD)

Investigating the effects of parents training on decreasing behavioral problems of children suffering from attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

سابقه و هدف: اختلال بيش‏‏‌ فعالي و كمبود توجه (ADHD) از شايع‏‏‌ترين اختلال‏‏‌هاي رفتاري در دوران كودكي است. به دليل تنوع مشكلات كودكان بيش فعال، شيوه‏‏‌هاي درماني متفاوتي نظير دارودرماني و رفتاردرماني براي درمان اين كودكان به كار رفته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثر آموزش والدين در كاهش مشكلات كودكان مبتلا به اين نوع اختلال مي باشد. روش بررسي: تحقيق حاضر با استفاده از روش آزمايشي (طرح پيش آزمون-پس آزمون) و روش نمونه گيري دردسترس صورت پذيرفت. 32 نفر از والدين دانش آموزان پسر مبتلا به بيش فعالي در چهار دبستان پسرانه منطقه چهار دراين تحقيق شركت كردند كه 18 نفر از والدين به طور تصادفي در گروه آزمايش قرار گرفتند و در ده جلسه دو ساعته آموزشي حضور يافتند و 14 نفر ديگر در گروه كنترل قرار گرفتند كه جلسات آموزشي براي آنان برگزار نشد. آزمون با استفاده از پرسشنامه راتر (1967) در پيش و پس ازپايان جلسات در هر دوگروه انجام شد. سپس داده ها به كمك آماره هاي توصيفي و با استفاده از تحليل كوواريانس تحليل شدند. يافته ها: ميانگين پرخاشگري در كودكان قبل از آموزش والدين 61/7 و پس از آموزش به 32/6 رسيد، ولي در كودكاني كه والدين آنان آموزشي دريافت نكردند كاهش مشكلات رفتاري ديده نشد. به عبارتي، در گروه آزمايشي كاهش قابل توجهي در خصوص مشكلات رفتاري كودكان مبتلا به بيش فعالي، نسبت به گروه كنترل، ديده شد (001/0 > P). نتيجه گيري: اين مطالعه نشان داد كه آموزش اصول رفتاري به والدين، در كاهش رفتارهاي ايذايي كودكان مبتلا به بيش فعالي مي تواند موثر واقع شود.

Background: Attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the most common behavioral disorders among childhood. Due to the problems of ADHD children, different treatment methods such as medication and behavior therapy is used to treat these children. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of training the parents on reducing behavioral problems of children suffering with ADHD. Materials and methods: This research is performed by experimental test (pre- post test) as well as cluster sampling method. 32 parents of students with ADHD among the elementary schools (boys) in Tehran were selected. 18 parents were placed in testing group randomly and they were trained in 10 two- hour sessions and 14 parents were placed in control group without any training. The data was collected through the form of Rutter (1967) before and after the sessions in both groups. After 45 days, two tests were performed in both groups for follow up. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and covariance analysis methods. Results: The mean behavioral disorders before and after training of parents was 7.61 and 6.32, respectively. Meanwhile, there was no decrease of problems in control group. On the other hand, a significant decrease in behavioral problems of children was noted among those suffering from ADHD in testing group (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The findings indicated that training of parents causes the reduction of behavioral problems among children suffering from ADHD.
