An integrated approach for evaluation and ranking of the relative importance of the product technical requirement- Tile and ceramic industry as a case study

اين مقاله به دنبال برآورد اهميت نسبي الزامات فني محصول در ماتريس QFD با در نظر گرفتن نيازمندي هاي مشتريان و محدوديت هاي پيش روي توليدكنندگان است. با توجه به اينكه ماتريس QFD فقط خواسته هاي مشتريان را در الزامات فني دخيل مي داند، لذا اين مقاله به دنبال روشي جهت بررسي محدوديت هاي موجود در طراحي محصول علاوه بر نيازمندي ها است. از اين رو مدل DEA كه يك مدل برنامه ريزي خطي است، پيشنهاد مي شود. در اين راستا، در آغاز به بررسي ادبيات موضوع در زمينه هاي QFD و DEA پرداخته خواهد شد و پس از تشريح فرآيند تلفيق دو مدل با يكديگر، مطالعه موردي بررسي مي شود. برآورد نيازمندي هاي مشتريان و اهميت نسبي آنها، محدوديت هاي پيش روي توليدكنندگان و مشخصات فني در صنعت كاشي و سراميك يزد نيز مدنظر قرار خواهد گرفت. همچنين رابطه بين نيازمندي ها با مشخصات فني از يك سو و محدوديت هاي پيش روي توليدكنندگان و مشخصات فني از سوي ديگر برآورده مي شود. در نهايت با ساخت مدل DEA و محدوديت هاي آن، اهميت نسبي الزامات فني در صنعت كاشي و سراميك يزد حاصل خواهد شد.

In this article, considering the customersʹ needs and the limitations ahead of producers, we are looking for the estimation of the relative importance of the product technical requirements in QFD matrix. Since the matrix considers only customersʹ needs in technical requirements then a technic, which proceeds to study both the needs and the limitations in designing the product, is followed. Hence, the DEA model which is a linear planning one is suggested. Firstly, the related literatures in the fields of QFD and DEA are studied, and after describing the integration process of the two models with each other the case study is considered. Secondly, the customersʹ needs and their relative importance, the limitations ahead of producers, and technical specifications of the tile and ceramic industry are paid attention to; also the relation between the needs and technical specifications from one hand, and the limitations ahead of producers and technical specifications from the other hand are estimated. Finally, we obtain the relative importance of technical requirements in the tile and ceramic industry by manufacturing DEA model with its limitations.
