سوانح العشّاق احمد غزالي نخستين اثر به زبان فارسي است كه به طور مستقل درباره ي عشق نوشته شده است. اين اثـر مجموعـه اي از آراي غـزالي درباره ي عشق، عاشق، معشوق و ارتباط مـيان آن هاست. از آن جا كه اين متن عرفاني بر آثار بعد از خود تاثير بسياري نهاده، از اهميت فراواني برخوردار است. موضوع بحث اين مقاله بررسي ساختار اين اثر است. موضوع متن سوانح و مفاهيم محوري آن، نويسنده را بر آن داشته تا خط سير خاصي را در نوشتن متن در پيش بگيرد. در اين مقاله، براي دنبال كردن اين خط سير، به دقت عبارات متن مورد توجه قرار گرفت و روند استفاده از الفاظ و مفاهيم در ساختار كلي اثر مطالعه شد. نتيجه اينكه تحت تاثير نيروي ماورايي و آسماني مفهوم عشق، به تشابه هاي الفاظ و عبارات در ابتدا و انتهاي متن، تكرار عبارات، نوع گزينش واژه ها و شكل گردش دلالت ها، مي توان گفت كه سوانح العشاق ساختاري مدور دارد.

Sav?neh al-Osh?q written by Ahmad Qazz?li is the first Persian book allocated to love. It is a collection of the author’s own theories about love, the lover and the beloved, and their relationship. It influenced many works written after. One of the most important aspects of this text is its structure that to the best of our knowledge has not been studied so far. Therefore, this inquiry focuses on its structure. Structuralism, by finding a logical relation between smaller parts in a text and their relation to the whole body of the text, indicates the solidarity or irregularity of a literary work. In this paper, the application of lexis and concepts in the whole structure of the text are analysed. The results show that it has a circular structure and therefore the beginning and the end of the text share similar features. Moreover, we came upon the effect of metaphysical forces and divine concepts on the circular structure of Sav?neh al-Osh?q.
