Study of the acquisition possibilities within Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) affiliated libraries of research institutes and centers

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي وضعيت امكانات مجموعه‌سازي كتابخانه‌هاي موسسات و مراكز تحقيقاتي تحت پوشش سازمان تحقيقات، آموزش و ترويج كشاورزي است. روش پژوهش: روش اين پژوهش پيمايشي است و براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. از نرم‌افزار اكسل به منظور ثبت و تحليل آماري اطلاعات بهره گرفته شده است. اطلاعات ازطريق ارسال پرسشنامه براي 63 كتابخانه تخصصي گردآوري شد. در مجموع 49 پرسشنامه تكميل شده يعني 8/77 درصد از كل پرسشنامه‌ها دريافت گرديد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج كلي بيانگر آن است كه در كتابخانه‌هاي مورد مطالعه، تعداد كل افراد شاغل 96 نفر است كه از اين ميان 40 نفر داراي تخصص كتابداري از فوق‌ديپلم تا فوق‌ليسانس مي‌باشند. وضعيت بودجه و وضعيت منابع علمي در غالب كتابخانه‌هاي مورد بررسي نامناسب است. 1/55 درصد كتابخانه‌ها به اينترنت با آي.پي مستقل دسترسي دارند و 58/28 درصد فاقد اينترنت با آي.پي مستقل هستند.

Purpose: The present project studied the status of acquisition possibilities within the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) affiliated libraries of research institutes and centers. Methodology: Survey method is used in this research. In order to form a picture of the current situation, a questionnaire was designed and sent to 63 libraries. 49 libraries (%77/8) responded. The information was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods using Excel software. Findings: The results showed the total number of affiliated persons in libraries is 96. Totally 40 library staffs from 96 library staffs had university degrees in Library and Information Science. Most libraries had budget problem and they did not have access to stable financial resources. And, access to Internet with IP valid 55/1 and 28/58 percent of them lacked it. Conclusion: Finally, in order to eliminating the weakness of studied libraries and building coherence and concordance collections, some guidelines were proposed.
