تعيين مكان بهينه انباشت پسماند روستايي روستاي فيل‌آباد شهرستان فارسان با استفاده از رهيافت تلفيقي : سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي و پرموتاسيون

Identification of Solid Waste Disposal Site at Filabad Village by Using an Integrated Approach: Boolean and Permutation

روش رايج رفتار با موضوع پسماند و زباله مناطق روستايي باعث ايجاد مسايل زيست محيطي مانند آلودگي هوا و آبهاي سطحي و زيرزميني، اخلال در طبيعت، انتقال بيماري‌ها مسري در جامعه انساني و در برخي موارد آسيب به اراضي كشاورزي مي‌شود. بنابراين رهيافت جديد بايد جايگزين رهيافت موجود جايگزين شود. در رهيافت جديد زباله‌ها در يك مكان بهينه كه براساس معيارهاي مختلف تعيين مي‌گردد، دفن مي‌شود. هدف تحقيق حاضر تعيين مكان بهينه براي دفع، انباشت و دفن پسماندهاي جامد در روستاي فيل‌آباد شهرستان فارسان استان چهار محال و بختياري مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق رهيافت تلفيقي پرموتاسيون و منطق بولين استفاده شده است، از منطق بولين براي تعيين "مكان‌هاي مجاز و آلترناتيو" و از تكنيك پرموتاسيون براي انتخاب "مكان بهينه از ميان مكان‌هاي مجاز (آلترناتيو)". برونداد مرحله منطق بولين سه مكان مجاز مي‌باشد كه در مرحله پرموتاسيون يك مكان بهينه از ميان سه مكان مجاز، به عنوان مكان انباشت پسماند انتخاب شده است. سايت منتخب، مكاني است كه اكثر فاكتورهاي زيست محيطي در آن لحاظ شده است؛ همچنين سكونتگاه‌هاي همجوار نيز مي‌توانند زباله‌هاي خود را به آن سايت انتقال دهند و با اين كار زمينه براي استقرار تجهيزات بازيافت زباله، فراهم شده و مي‌تواند در آينده به يك فعاليت اقتصادي تبديل شود.

The present rural waste disposal approaches create a number of environmental problems such as air and water pollution, natural ecosystem disorders, communicable diseases transmission and sometimes agriculture land destruction.Therefore, all existing approaches should be replaced by new approaches, namely, wastes should be disposed in an appropriate site. The main part of this study was surveying to specify an appropriate site for accumulation and landfilling of waste at Filabad village, Farsan Township, Chaharmahal-e-Bakhtiary province. An appropriate site can be identified by several criteria that those should be integrated based on scientific method. At this study, both Boolean and Permutation techniques, integrally were used to select appropriate and optimum solid Waste disposal site. Boolean technique, in GIS environment was used to identify allowable/alternative sites by integration of data layers such as Elevation, Slope, Fault, Geology, Water resource (e.g. River and spring), Land use, Road, City and Village boundary and Soil class. Then, Permutation technique, one of the multi criteria decision techniques was used to select optimum /final site among allowable/alternative sites. Results show that selected site with final map which is a place that other settlement (Urban and rural) can transfer their wastes to the site as well as recycling equipments could be set in the identified place in the future and it is economically viable in long term and environmentally riskless.
