چكيده: محمد رضا پهلوي در 8 خرداد 1331 به منظور مبارزه با هرگونه تهديد خارجي و يا سركوب مخالفان سلطنت، فرمان تاسيس سازمان كوك را صادر نمود. اعضاي اين سازمان كه در آغاز خود را تابع مرام برادري مي دانستند، با تاسيس جمعيت هاي وابسته به خود، بر اين باور بودند كه با توسعه فعاليت خود در سطح شهرها و روستاها، به تامين منافع ملي ياري برسانند. مهمترين مسيله ما در مقاله حاضر ضمن تعمق در مناسبات تشكيلاتي سازمان كوك، بررسي عملكرد اين سازمان و جمعيت هاي وابسته به آن از منظر تامين اهداف ياد شده در بالا مي باشد. با استفاده از اسناد آرشيوي و نيز با كمك روش هاي توصيفي و تحليلي، به اين نتيجه مي رسيم كه سازمان كوك نه تنها از اهداف تعريف شده در ابتداي تاسيس خود، فاصله گرفت، بلكه به شبكه اي از مناسبات شخصي به منظور تحصيل هر چه بيشتر قدرت بدل شده بود.

The Kook Organization and Jame َyat-e Fadakaran-e Azerbaijan, based on New Found Documents of the "Gard-e Shahanshahi" Due to fight any external threat or suppress opponents of monarchy, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi issued a command to establish the Kook Organization on May 29 1952/Khordad 8 1331. Members of this organization, which had defined themselves as a brotherhood group, believed that the development of their activities in towns and villages fulfill the national interests. The most important issue in the present paper is searching on organizational relationship of Kook and its functions to its sub-organizations as well. This article is going to expose too, whether these organizations achieved the goals which mentioned above. Using from the archives and also with the help of descriptive and analytical methods, we can reach the conclusion that the Kook Organization was away not only from objectives which defined at the beginning of its establishment, but it had been turned into a network of personal relations in order to earning more power.
